We love this gym and we love the fact that it is family-owned. It has every up-to-date fitness apparatus that you could possibly want. There are also classes of all sorts and that serve a wide range of ages throughout the community. It's a great venue with high ceilings and good ventilation and air conditioning and it's just a great place to go to work out. They even have a very nice small sandwich cafe and offer the latest in sports drinks. What's not to like?

With the move to the new location, this is the nicest gym in our area. Lots of space lots of cleaning supplies.

Very good gym for young and older adults. Nice assortment of machines and weights. Wide variety of classes taught by very good instructors. Very friendly staff and patrons. Locker rooms are not the best, but adequate. Sauna has not been working for the last couple of weeks but hopefully will be soon.

Scammed me. Either intentionally or not idk. I payed for 3 months in full one day, one month later they charged me for a month. I will not be back. They spam me with robot calls and don't have the integrity to call so bye. I've been going here for over a year with no missed payments, never had any issue until this.

Update: There was never any attempt to contact me to resolve the issue from a human being.
As anyone can see here the business hasn't responded to my review in the months it has been live.
My advice is to check your credit card statements often. Even if you think you know people, they'll take your money.

Is a very good gym, has a very good variety of disciplines like body flow, rpm, (spinning classes) body pum, zumba, body combat, silver snickers, etc, has parking lot and the instructors are very nice.

Decent gym 24 hour if you can't find a way to workout here either free weights or machines you should start back with the basics and figure it out

Im not sure why this is showing up as a work out place unless it use to be one or its beside were i went but its a place for physical therapy because thats were i had to go for mine the first time then they let me move to their other place for my therapy which is inside of Sewanee hospital because it was a lot closer for me and the employees at both places were very helpful and friendly, or maybe its just so close to were i went for therapy that its picking up that place instead of the place i was at im just not sure.

great place to walk and work out. staff is always helpful and glad to see you. workout place is spacious. enough machines for everyone.
