Mason pro customer service was quick and they are very professional. They ensured that they installed my Tesla level 2 charger to the city’s standards. After the install, they had the city of Phoenix come out and inspect the charger. The technician was on time and did an amazing job with the install.

💯 Would recommend Mason Pro Services! I’ve had a great experience with an electrical service recently. So when I was having a plumbing issue decided to give them a call. Service was scheduled for the next day, after I requested help. Mitchel and Mike were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and explain the treatment options, and address all the questions I had. Did a fantastic job of explaining in detail the cost associated with every aspect correcting our problem. Turns out our problem is new unit but they honestly did there best to minimize the evaluation cost getting to that decision point. Mike was an extremely nice guy that wanted to make sure we understood and were comfortable with our decision. Definitely recommend for your AC service needs.

A lot of these reviews are bought. Careful who you use. Call a friend and use a small company these guys will rip you off as soon as they can. Told us it was a warranty part. (Capacitor) we all know how much they cost. They are $50 max on Amazon. Mason charged us $406. For a capacitor then told us that it would be under warranty. Then a week AFTER they told us they’d call the manufacturer we had to call them. And pretty much chase our warranty call down. And the warranty cost, it was only $229. So they over charged us by almost $200. Plus the service fee and the labor. Can you believe it? Not even gonna fight these guys on it. This company will rip you off any chance they can. You have been warned- will never use them again and will tell all my friends and family how much of a rip off these guys were. They got me. Don’t let them get you. Push bad companies out of AZ

Update!!! It’s now 10/26- part failed. We left a message for our friends at pro services. Notice they never responded here and Still waiting on a call back from them, oh yeah went up to check out the capacitor and check out the hack job on our 3 year old unit.

It started with a call to schedule A/C maintenance, Angela who answered and helped me schedule an apt was so nice and pleasant to speak to. She took notes on what I had told her and to my surprise those notes were then given to my tech. I was very satisfied and happy with the work Edel performed. He was very informative and explained to me the condition my unit was in and how to prolong its life. I would definitely recommend them.
