That's actually the first time I think I've ever used their services but I actually enjoyed the store a bit had a lot of selection helpful staff good products prices were pretty good I mean they had stuff I didn't realize I'm still around they were very helpful

Their always friendly and very helpfull. They will even help you load your stuff in your truck when you order concrete,plywood ect... They have a little of everything.

Giving them 5 stars because they had the oddball part we needed. Be sure to ask at the service counter if you don't see what you are looking for because we didn't find it where we thought it would be and in the process of giving up asked and it was in another part of the store. Their prices are not the lowest but a lot less than the cost of driving 50 miles to Montgomery.

Friendly and helpful staff. Came in looking for some screws to finish a project. Brought one with me to show the guy on the floor what I was looking for who immediately walked me over to where what I needed was. Left the store shortly after I arrived.

Talked with a CSR on the phone told him what I was looking for. He told me they had them in stock. Went in looking for a Propane Heater for my home. Worked with the CSR I spoke with on the phone. Product was on sale, great! After the sale, he helped me take it to my car and loaded it for me! All around a wonderful experience. Never had a bad experience with Marvins.

I had a special request today which was highly unusual. It had nothing to do with building anything but I can't say enough about how helpful the employee Johnny and the lady at the front register were to me. They went above and beyond to help me! You can't find help when needed. Only Ruth,Dan and Joe know how to help somebody. The rest just look at you like you shouldn't be there. Clueless as to products or how to fix or knowledge of store. The mgr can even tell anyone about a STIHL chainsaw with repeating what's on his computer screen The Yard Guys are also on Point. Excellent help on the outside. Just ask for Ruth it Dan on the inside. Other than that,,,building materials are not Lowe's prices, but meh,ok.
