Very poor customer service do not go to this Marcos pizza.!! Go to the one on New Salem where customer service is A+ and the pizza is very fresh ingredients. The veggie pizza is my favorite and this one was awful. The employee running the register was extremely rude and rushed us out the store. They cut my pizza up in squares. Didn't ask for that . New Salem Marcos is worth the drive.

I normally love Marco’s but we ordered some tonight and it was so greasy. I could literally see it dripping off the pizza. Attaching a picture of the box so you can see it. I’ve also had issues when I order their white sauce. It either has nothing on the pizza or it’s some super light glaze. Hoping things are better the next time. Staff is always friendly.

Today I went back to Marco's and got the Veggi pizza&cheese sticks and it was delicious..2 months ago I was there & the service and food wasn't Good at all but this time thank you Marco's pizza the cook and counter guy were also AMAZING

I have ate here twice. The first time was good, no complaints over here. However, Today I ordered two subs and a salad. Long story short I found a fly that was baked inside my sub. I called and informed the worker he stated,” you ordered a no contact delivery, which means the bug could have got in there when it was outside for a long period.”I told him I answered the door as soon as the delivery woman knocked and ran off. There was no way a alive bug could have got into my sub smushed and baked.

We love finding great pizza spots. Marcos is a chain so I was hesitant but after living in about 13 states and eats tons of pizza, this might be the best I’ve ever had.
They had one mistake of the wrong pizza delivered, I called up and they had a hot perfect replacement sent immediately. Great service.
