Dependable, quick deliveries, helpful and friendly service. I have been using Main Energy since 2020 with no problems or issues. They also have an online portal now, which makes tracking past deliveries a lot easier. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Main Energy. Their receptionist is always kind and courteous and they always ensure they are out to our house in the time frame they give us over the phone. Even with poor credit they give us 30 days to pay their amazing lock in price. We pay them less than half of our previous providers. No fees and no hassle!

I cannot recommend Main Energy enough. My wife and I moved to a new home and had some heating issues. Main Energy answered all our questions to confirm it was a propane issue and not an appliance issue. They came right out on a Sunday, even though we were a new customer, and delivered fuel in less than two hours. Once the tank was filled, the boiler kicked right on and we had heat again. These guys are friendly, nice work with and have awesome customer service.

I would recommend the Main Energy team to anyone in there area for their heating fuel needs. Thanks again!

We have been a pre-buy customer for the last two heating seasons and this is the second time we have run out of heating fuel on the automatic fill plan. I am not sure what is going on with the service and excellent reviews, but I am beginning to doubt my decision to use them as a supplier. My previous supplier was reliable, serviced my heating system and kept our tank filled on their automatic fill plan, so this was my expectation with Main Energy after my previous supplier was bought out by a larger supplier.

I need to revise my review based on the information that Main Energy did not have their supply of heating oil, so they were unable to deliver to my home. My apologies for the curt review and I await the resupply to my home. Main Energy contacted me this morning to explain their dilemma with lack of supply and missing the delivery target. I appreciate their communication to me.
