I came into this business today to ship a package via DHL. I was second in line. (At least I thought I was). After waiting patiently, I approached the counter with paperwork and package. Suddenly a very dramatic Caucasian female entered the store, also with a DHL return. The staff literally stopped helping me and helped the customer who clearly came in after me. She was actually done before I was. I guess they assumed her time was more precious than mine.

A lesson in customer service for the staff I encountered today. Customers should be helped on a (First) come, (First) serve basis. This is not something hard to practice especially with just two customers present, who (Did Not) arrive at the same time. What you (Should Not) do is help a customer who shares your pigmentation and ignore the brown skin customer who was clearly in plain site. This behavior is unacceptable and more importantly dehumanizing. I will never return to this location again. Luckily, most of my preferred online retailers do not utilize DHL services.
