Mail Access has been in the Castro for over 10 years. They feature PO boxes, mail services for USPS/UPS/FedEx, and boxes. It’s the type of place you walk into with an item and they will pack and ship for you. Service is nice.

The business owner literally recognized me on the first time I came in after setting up a mail delivery account online, knew me by name, and on the 2nd time knew me when I walked in with a mask. Super friendly, good energy and good vibes. They take a lot of pride in their business and it shows immediately. Highly recommended for your services.

Mail Access has been the absolute best business I have discovered during COVID times. I used to get all my mail at my office, but since I've been working from home I was having half of my packages stolen after they were delivered to my front door. Mail Access gives me the flexibility to get packages delivered at any time, whether I'm at home or not, and then I can pick them up when it's convenient. On top of the ease, everyone who works here is SO incredibly lovely and helpful. They remembered my name and mailbox number since the second time I walked in the door and have my packages on the counter before I finish walking across the store. LOVE using them and can't recommend enough.

Possibly the best service of any store in the whole city. Sometimes my packages are ready to pick up as soon as I walk in the door. Mail has never been this enjoyable!

I moved away from the Castro but I had a box here for over five years, and still have not found anything close to matching the quality of service, clean facilities and excellent security. I miss mail access!

I really appreciate Amad and everyone who works there. They have integrity, are very professional, responsible, honest and kind. They take their work very seriously. One time, “I had some cst svc rep from some company try to suggest that maybe Mail Access did not do their job. I let her know I’ve used Mail Access services for over 10 years and I’ve never had a lost package.” I’m completely loyal to them and no one can ever tell me different. They have a customer for life. 👍🏼

Super great experience- no problems. I got a mailbox for 6 months when I was in temporary housing, looking for a permanent residence, during my move from Austin to San Francisco. When I had a package, Ahmed would bring it out as soon as I stepped in the door. Everyone at Mail Access is super friendly and I would use them again with no hesitation.

This is THE BEST place to go for PO Boxes in SF. The owner is a real sweetheart - very kind and nice, and knows all his customers.

I've rented a box here a few times over the years and I love this place. If you're looking for a box, def come here.
