They need to get a scale for bulk waste like every other transfer station I have ever been to. Whoever is at the window that day seems to pretty much just pull a number out of the air. Most transfer statations use a scale and if your load is under the minimum weight you pay a minimum fee of about $10. I do home renovations and have been charged over $50 for what would only be the minimum at other stations. Also, they have blocked off the area where you can drive above the dumpsters to make unloading easier. When I asked about it 2-3 months ago I was told it is because they don't have the proper safeties in place. Went today a d still no change, just blocked off. So instead of putting the proper safeties in place, which all that is needed is a piece of chain strung between 2 posts, they just block off the ramp and force people to unload bulk waste from below. Not very convenient when unloading large, bulky, or heavy items. Please take some of the ridiculous amount of money you charge to make this a legitimate transfer station instead of just swindling people.

Have had multiple issues. Most current issue was called in on 6/26/24 for service issue on 6/25. Dumpster was not emptied (yes, they "serviced" our location, but left it over half full) and then replaced too far back and pinned our EPA response materials, waste drum, and rolling containers against the fence. On the fourth call (6/26) we were told that dispatch had been sent a message to resolve. By the tenth phone call (6/28) and three assurances that a supervisor would be in touch, we were told "the regular driver will be there sometime before EOD on 7/1". Our normal day is 7/2. At no point did a supervisor return a call. We are normally at capacity by day 7, so we were at capacity just three days after the service on 6/25. The larger issue was the dumpster placement pinning our response supplies and waste drum. Sadly, this wasn't the first, second, or even third complaint in the last six months. Asking for a supervisor gets you nowhere. Website just redirects you back to the same phone number instead of a corporate or complaint line.

Overpriced and the guy who helped my grandmother and I this morning was EXTREMELY rude to her. She got out of her car to tell him there was glass inside the bag with the cardboard and he said “I got it” , then when she continued trying to explain there was glass in the bag he was trying to pick up, he exclaimed “I GOT IT I GOT IT I GOT IT I GOT IT” loudly over and over at her. Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. I hope whoever that guys was starts waking up on the other side of the bed or finds a job that doesn’t require interactions with other human beings. You never know what someone is going through when you speak to them like that and how you can directly affect the rest of their day.

Really it is to inconvenient to be open more than 3 days a week for drop off. Not like you do anything but hand a sign up sheet out a drive though window. But hey enjoy that new expensive out of the way location you built.

Costs way too much just to recycle anything. Might as well just throw it away. Had initially stopped going because one of the workers cussed out my girlfriend. To which said worker is still there and VERY rude. They will NOT accept pizza boxes because of "grease" not sure how you can removed grease from a pizza box. There very expensive, customer service is awful will not be going back..

First let me begin by saying that my original Lees trash service in my local area made a mistake joining with LRS. The complaints ever since they joined may not be on review. However they've not gone unheard of in my small town. The site doesn't work. I've tried multiple times to pay online. Says I don't even exist as a customer. Ok, so why was I getting a bill? The trash went weeks not being picked up while the other local trash service Brandons picked up theirs for their customers. Also plenty of complaints from other dissatisfied customers on that matter. Since I couldn't get the site to work. I called by phone and finally got an answer. The lady tried to get my acct set up via phone to no avail. After I was done on attempt number three. I said I'm going to just pay it and be done while I got a human on the phone. I had my card charged for the months of October-December. Their bill is 87.08, which I wasn't ever even notified of the change from my original bill with Lees of being 75 to 87. Around mid January I get a bill for Jan-March. I had already decided that I was changing services and told them to pick up their can via email. Which is still there by the road awaiting pickup and it's March now going on April. I was emailed a statement showing my card was charged 48 which makes no sense to me since the bill was 87. So why did she not charge the full amount? Its now March and I just got a statement to pay 87.08 for December. Uhhhhmm.. I've got pics for everything that I got in email and by mail to send them in another email. It will show clear as day they are not owed no 87.08, cause she already charged over half of it. Like I said I have no idea why she did that. I was on the phone to pay it all. I didn't say pay a little over half. I didn't even know full payment wasnt made till mid Jan when I had already began service elsewhere. I now understand why there are reviews about questionable charged amounts on folks bills. Also thankyou for the letter stating the service disruption notice on your end saying I a have an outstanding past due balance. As well as stating in your letter youve made several attempts to contact me on multiple occasions and have been unsuccessful. That never happened. I had already left your service on my terms. Without it and the bill you sent. I would not have had any reason till now to give such a review. All that being said please can you pick up your trash can? Thankyou and you're welcome for my attention on this important matter.

Usually great service but went today and there was a huge homemade sign CLOSED MONDAY AND TUESDAY. I live North of Harrison so I had to haul all my recycle home. Very inconvenient.
