Great experience. They installed our panels about 5 years ago and did a great job. We added batteries about 2 years ago and then recently had to have the roof replaced. Both experiences were efficient and painless. Great long term company!

We started our solar journey at the Bluebonnet co-op solar fair in 2023, watched their presentations and paid more attention to our energy use over the next year. In 2024 we went back to meet with the solar vendors with a written set of requirements, some shots of our site and a set of ideas. We also talked to other personal referrals.

At the solar expo we met the Longhorn solar team and Jameson became our point of contact. He listened to our concerns and ideas and as we discussed with 5 different firms he helped us adapt our design to optimize for performance and fit our needs without trying to push us to a specific brand or installation type, their no pressure philosophy and flexibility made it clear they would be the best fit for our needs.

Once the designs were done and permits approved we moved very quickly to installation. We were also impressed by the installing team. The guys were all very hard working and professional. The ground mount looks solid and the batteries were installed just as we had envisioned. They came back a week later for the inspection and turned on the system today.

We have already recommended our family to talk to the Longhorn solar team and will continue to tell our friends about their good work and look forward to using solar energy at our home.

Longhorn Solar provides excellent customer service. My sales guy Jameson called me up to let me know that a couple of panels were not working. They then promptly got the work service scheduled and everything was covered under warranty. Their techs James and Jordan came out and were courteous and professional in getting the job done!

We have had service from Longhorn Solar. While no one wants to have issues with their systems, stuff happens. When it does Longhorn Solar has always responded to us in a timely fashion. This week we had a severe storm with extraordinarily high winds which blew one solar panel completely off the roof. I reached out on Monday afternoon and they were able to send Jordan out on Thursday. Jordan was great! He was able to put my panel back up, got it working and methodically repaired our critter guard which also was messed up when the panel blew off.

Just installed a Powerwall3 with LH Solar and the whole process was a breeze thanks to Jameson. From signing docs mid-November to full PTO, he kept me well informed. Post power up, he showed me some great tips on saving money with switching to Tesla Virtual power plant.
