Don't use this company. They're only interested in getting their money instead of having compassion for their customers. Because of an illness and hospitalization we were unable to work in December. Anyone thats a contract worker knows that you don't get paid if you don't work. And then it takes a couple of months to get paid again. We got very behind in payments and under normal circumstances I would understand the company's decision. But it's been below 15° for weeks now and Long Energy is refusing to make 1 more emergency delivery. We get paid in 12 days. I even offered to pay a month ahead so we don't get behind again. But they don't care. The pipes are going to freeze because there's no heat.
Don't use this company! They don't care about anything but money.

Long Energy continues to be top notch. Whenever I call, I immediately get a person (not a robot!) who is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I spoke with Beth and she was awesome. Keep up the good work with the excellent customer service!

Saturday I needed fuel because i ran out of fuel. While doing the process of getting fuel I gave the tech a credit card to use instead of using the card gave him he used my debit. I told not to use the debit I didn't authorize him to use the card on file but he took on himself to defraud me of my money. This is not the first time they have done this. I will not be a customer of theirs no more. Train your people correctly and will the police involved in this matter also.

Long Energy has been by our side for 2 years since we moved to the area. We had Ron and Donny from the Hadley office install a new propane burner in our home shortly after we moved in. We were immediately impressed by their professionalism, reliability and ability to find solutions to our problems and expertly repair/replace what was needed. Last week, Donny returned to our home to repair a few bathroom plumbing issues we had. Donny is a very friendly, extremely competent technician who we believe can find solutions to any problems we have encountered. In addition, the office staff in the Schenectady and Hadley offices are always polite and helpful. We are very grateful to have Long Energy as our propane supplier as well as a company we can turn to for reliable and professional heating and plumbing repair services. Thank you to everyone that has helped us out!
