I had a really disappointing experience at this location I went in looking for a pair of shoes in white. When I asked the woman helping me if they had that color, she simply said no—no offer to show me what other options were available. I asked what colors they did have, and she said she didn’t know. Still trying to give it a chance, I asked to try the shoes on anyway, and she brought me a bright green pair. I told her I liked the fit, and she abruptly asked, “So are you going to buy them?” I said no—they were the wrong color.

Then I asked about men’s shoes, and she told me to go upstairs to the men’s department. I figured maybe she just didn’t know anything about that section. But two minutes later—surprise—she showed up upstairs too. If she was just going to follow me, why not answer my questions in the first place instead of brushing me off?

Overall, the customer service was terrible. The attitude was unhelpful, rushed, and borderline rude. Definitely not the kind of experience you’d expect when shopping for shoes. I won’t be returning.

Today is my birthday, and this brand made it the worst day ever.
My boyfriend bought me a bag from this brand and, at the time of purchase, he told the sales consultant that he wasn't sure about the gift. The consultant said that we could return the item and get a refund or exchange it. We went to the store to exchange the bag since I already have too many black bags in my collection. The store had a very limited selection of colors, so we decided to return the bag. But then they told us they couldn't give us a refund, even though no one had mentioned this before the purchase. My boyfriend specifically asked the consultant about this, and he didn't mention any special return conditions. This is completely illegal, as I have the right to return my item.
I will be contacting my lawyer and taking this to court. I strongly advise against this brand. I am a customer of many luxury brands, but this one doesn't care about its customers. I never want to come back here again.

Waiting, long line but ppl still waiting in a heat, a couple in front of me left because they couldn't wait anymore. staff came out giving people more water. I finally got in after waiting about 15 minutes. I was lucky because I heard another ppl waited longer. The SA was very nice, polite, knowledgeable and professional. I told her what I was looking for. She showed me couple of color and sizes of the bags plus accessories. The store also has lots of unique items that you won't see it anywhere.

Absolutely love Seth at this location. He has been my SA for the last year and I cannot live without him! He always is on the look out for my dark colors in clothing and handbags. His attention to detail and super quick shipping is amazing. I have had the best communication and response time from Seth like no other SA! I love Loewe but I love it more because of him!!!

Went in to get a replacement dust bag since I misplaced the one that came with my Loewe A4 tote bag in my recent move. Called ahead and was told that it was no problem. Arrived and was told they couldn’t give me one because they only had ones only for when you bought a bag. (I was holding the bag I had purchased previously.) 45 minute trip for nothing.
