I recently contacted Local Energy Audits for help with a suspected duct leak. From the start, they asked all the right questions and even requested pictures to better understand the situation. Based on the information I provided, they recommended a specific service, which, surprisingly, they didn't even sell. They didn't charge me anything for their time, and the advice they gave was invaluable-something I hadn't received from anyone else. Frustrated with my high electric bills - despite an efficiency drive in lighting and appliances in the house - I suspected that my HVAC was to blame but didn't know where to start. Research suggested an energy audit would be a good place to start, and I am very happy I chose to work with Local Energy Audits. Ori was extremely professional, thorough, and on-time. After the blower door test was set up and running, he walked through every room in the house with me, patiently reviewing all the leaks and explaining possible fixes. The information in his report is invaluable, and I feel infinitely better informed as to how to tackle improving the energy efficiency of my house. Particularly given the new federal tax credits for energy efficiency, I found the price for ~2 hours of Ori's time and expertise, plus the fact that I can now build a plan of attack, to be extraordinarily reasonable. Highly recommend anyone looking for an energy audit to get in touch with them!

The blower door energy audit was a real life saver for us. We knew exactly what we had to do to get our 2nd floor under control. We hired Local Energy Audits to replace our attic insulation and do some weather sealing throughout the house. The 2nd floor is much more comfortable now and I've noticed that the air conditioner does not work constantly as it did before. Ori called us the night before to let us know what to expect. The job was completed quickly and the workers left our house clean as before. Highly recommend 5 stars!

Ori and his team are real professionals. I got the blower door energy audit and hired local energy audits to do remove and replace old attic insulation and weather seal the house. I can say without a doubt it’s money well spent. I see our energy costs going down and the home is much more comfortable in general. I do not usually write reviews but I highly recommend Ori and his crew if you are experiencing high energy bill and home discomfort.

Professional job . Ori was very responsive with my call, he answer right away and got me on his schedule for the next day. He made it a point to come out and do this Service for me even through the big snow storm he still arrived and on time . He truly was very clean and cautious when entering my home and had shoe coverings on like it was his own home to make sure no mess was made . Very reliable and highly recommend .
