LoadUp was such a great fit for what I needed done! I had three good sized pieces of furniture I needed moved out in a timely manner. Making the appointment online was so easy! In less than 24 hours from scheduling my appointment, Gonzalo and his associate arrived well within the scheduled time; were very professional; friendly; and truly worked as a team to carefully and quickly remove my treadmill from my home and navigate down tricky stairs to their truck.

The pickups go smoothly and quicker than me throwing things out on my own. I received updates via email, text and phone on the driver’s schedule which was great. The people were super friendly too. I’ve used this service twice now to move old exercise equipment, couches and other big items. I highly recommend for the convenience.

The promised that they would arrive by noon. Then they called and said they would be late then I told them I had to go to work at 12:15 they then said they would move things around and be there on time. Then at 11:30 they called but they Cale the wrong customer. Then they said they would be later. So I had to find someone to be there because I had to go to work.
If anyone is thinking of using them I would reconsider it. Find someone else like got-junk.
Beware you have to pay before service I will never do that again

Customer service and communication from driver was very good! Mark was very polite and professional. The only issue was that he was not prepared with proper covering for 2 brand new mattresses he was picking up. Not his fault since he didn't know exactly what he was picking up. He had an open trailer and small tarp. Just a shame that these brand new mattresses will probably be ruined during travel. The weather here is snowy.
