My roof was damaged due to hurricane Helene and needed to be replaced. I was deployed overseas and it was hard to find someone trustworthy to that could service my home in Savannah. From word of mouth found Live Oak Energy. They quickly got me a quote and coordinated with my roofer. They got the job done and ensured my home and panels were safely removed and reinstalled. They did an excellent job and always communicated with me until the job was done. Easy to work with and can be trusted to do a great job. I highly recommend these guys if you are in the Savannah Area and need some work with your solar panels. Thanks guys for the help.

They installed a energy system, including solar panels and inverter, and all of that at my home on Folly Beach. Within less than eight months of installation, the inverter had rot out because it was installed improperly. To make matters worse, they didn’t even want to honor any warranty on their work. Be careful about doing business with these guys.

My solar panels have not been working for a couple of months now. I have tried to contact Palmetto Solar, which is the company that installed them, but without any luck. I contacted Cirus from Liveoak and in less than 3 days he came to my house and gave me a diagnosis of the system. What good customer service and I already know who to call if I have a problem.
