Never again … what waste spent whole evening on toilet after here I’ll be reaching out to corporate since after reading reviews they aren’t friendly to customer satisfaction it’s so inconvenient to pre order to get unfresh food is crazy I want be back By the way what is that trash ..

Wings were great, pepperoni pizza was fine, but the specialty pizza was inedible...it was undercooked, Barely any cheese, waaaay too many pickled jalapeños and slimy, canned mushrooms.
I Arrived at 6:51 to get a refund on the specialty pizza; Manager was unable to help me.
7:00 manager Taia came and apologized...she was very sweet, tried to help with refund, said she couldn't refund a single item
7:05 manager Kenyonna Caples came to help. Said they refunded me and needed to charge me again just for a lesser amount even though the refund wouldn't get back to my account for 3-5 business days 🤷‍♀️

For a place with 3 managers on the floor, I was shocked that a simple refund was not possible, especially after 25 minutes of deliberating.

I get little Caesars all of the time with no problems however recently I had a problem. I ordered online and waited an hour (yes an hour) checking the tracking of my order and it was never updated to ready, which this is the workers fault. They are supposed to update it to ready when it is ready lol, they did not so I went in to check on it and it was in the hotbox just waiting for me for over 30 minutes because someone didn't do their job, I then asked why it wasn't updated and she said (I cant give you an answer for that). Okay.... well I went home and called to complain like a karen I hate complaining but I love little Caesars and would expect good customer service. After I called a lady said okay I will put your name down for the pizza to be remade. Awesome!! I was happy with that. I called a couple days later for the remade pizza and my name was never put in the "book"... This is so fun to deal with!! woo. Anyways I was basically being told I was a liar over a $7 pizza lol. I was told someone would reach out to me aka a manager. No one called so I called back a couple days later because what is going on? I called and was actually put on the phone with a manager she answered and literally didn't say anything I had to say hello? Is anyone there she said Yes How can I Help? I asked to speak to a manager and she was one, (managers name is Anastasia) or probably spelt different. She also said (I do not see your name and people lie all of the time) after I told her the time and everything of the order I was still being called a liar and after she said my GM will reach out to you, I then asked for her name and told her I would call corporate she immediately hung up the phone. I hope her day went well after that. I do not appreciate this location and how they treat their customers. Do better, and also train your managers to be managers. ❤️

Pretty much the worst place i’ve been too. We were behind a customer and the lady up at the front saw us. and when it was out turn she just turned around and walked away and started talking to her co worker and looking at other stuff. finally when she decided to take our order my husband asked for marinara sauce and she didn’t give it to us. we asked again asking if it was more and said yes $1.09 more. so we paid and left because she didn’t say anything about if we wanted receipt or to even have a nice night. There was a person behind us and they immediately took their order. I would drive some other place if you can, worst place to get food at!

I ordered online and my 4 pizzas got sent to the wrong address and wrong phone number even though I had changed it in the system. Nobody would help me at store or door dash so now I am out $45 for 4 pizzas that I never got! This is just not right! All the 7 people I talked to on the phone with door dash which is who delivers from the store were off shore they called it and were all rude! I just kept getting transferred and never got my issue resolved. I have pictures of my digital receipt.

It was only supposed to take 20 min for my order to be ready. It took 45 minutes. The pizza was overcooked, and the pretzel crust was rubbery and kinda tough because of it. However, the crazy bread was cooked perfectly.
