Grateful I had an entertainment surround sound installed by LinkUs! I especially would like to thank Megan Jean (System Designer) for an exceptional job. She was very thorough, answered all of the millions of questions I had, extremely knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. Anytime I had a question, she was simply a phone call away. Also, thank you for Gabe, who put my surround sound together. He was very kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I love my surround sound and would definitely recommend it!

When you schedule service, they bill hourly, and if you get an estimate for goods/services, the total is outrageous! They take much too long to do the work, while you pick up the hourly tab. The quality of parts used are barely acceptable (they use cheap wires, accessories, etc.). The quality of the workmanship is poor (I had to repay them to fix work/services that they performed improperly). They pad the price on their components steeply (they grossly overcharge you for products you can get online much cheaper). I have used them several times, but will be looking for someone new. I do NOT recommend this company.
