Dr.Vidya Udare has been a life changing experience for me. First and foremost Dr.Vidya sets time from her schedule to meet and know all about your life. The biggest thing that I love the most about the first and all the subsequent meetings is that she allows you to speak, lets you share about your life, yiur thoughts, feelings, whatever is on your mind( no judgement at all) . She of course asks questions , but that is always so that she can get to know more about you. Then after the meeting she sends you detailed protocol which when followed over a period of time shows definite improvement.
