worst customer service don’t even talk properly. They got the wrong tax ID in System now I have to deal with that to send all the documents and all that they come to read a meter every time leave the lid open now Pit is with all trash inside
no matter how slow business but bill about same every time that doesn’t make any sense

My bill is $150 plus a month and we don’t even use much water! Customer service is awful and you can never speak to someone local. They wait until after payment date to send bill and does not send “shut off” notices for nonpayment until two days before planned shut off date. Ridiculous. Give people grace.

I just received an outrageous bill!!! I live alone, and I know this is a made-up bill. What is the problem with Liberty?!. Of course you can not get through right now, because I am sure other customers are having the same problem. Get it together, and stop making us pay for your mistakes!

0 stars. Constantly phucking things up, we have had a crack forming on our road for years due to water leak underneath and they are here doing another patch on it.... the last patch they did held up for a week or so before we had puddles on our street. On top of that, if your late they shut you off ASAP but on the other hand if they have to do work they shut your water off with no notice at all like today! Watson Chapel water should just consume their customers I do believe that would be for the best.

There are some nice people working at Liberty Utility; but, what good is nice when you can't get help. I've called them all through the Summer, Fall and now Winter about a leak. They had a contractor come out to fix it once. It wasn't done right because it's leaking again. I'm worried the pipes are going to burst when it gets too cold and I won't have water. I just called again and was basically told it was nothing they could do. They've given the work order to a contractor. I was told a contractor would be out back in November. This rep I just talked to told me she would email someone and to call back tomorrow or Friday. Sad service but they want that payment on time!

This company wants to charge me over 1k for there oversize No, they are going to need to correct there mishaps. When ever i called someone said was anyone living at this address I told her yes for the past 10 years and when I called two more times after that a man answered said i needed to stop sending payments i has a credit don't pay anything else i asked experiencing low water pressure. Through out the enter Community. Also, even though they are not doing shut off but the customers are still being charged late fees.

The worst water company. I've had two leaks in the last year that were on them to fix and they still haven't adjusted my bill or given any account credit or even an apology. They just say it "hung up in their billing department" meanwhile the same billing department keeps charging me over $200 a month when my bill before the leaks was just under $100. Something needs to change. This company is garbage.

I didn’t get her name, but I spoke to a woman on the phone this morning. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I don’t have a lot of experience with bills and utilities, and she gave me everything I asked for and more. When I went to set up services in person, they were also nice and prompt. The wait took some time, but that was due to a customer giving this woman trouble over something she couldn’t control, and the woman kept her composure and didn’t let it affect her attitude toward me. Everyone I have encountered here has been fast and helpful and made the experience enjoyable. I don’t normally put reviews out there, but they deserve a higher ranking.
