Amazing customer service! I called with a question, not necessarily even needing their service, but Jelena went above and beyond to answer a question that was difficult for real estate agents to parse out regarding lead paint regulation, and gave me the right guidance & documentation from the State of NJ itself to conclusively find the solution. At a day and age where service is not as prioritized sometimes, she was a breath of fresh air. Thanks again!

Im not happy with the services from Lew. I had an inspection & one of the apt had a water leak & it wasn't painted so the inspector put in the report it was a hazard. New inspection $290 + other fees. More testing why. Its from water. She should notice the problem. I believe these services are overcharged. The inspector should be able to check the first time. Please let me know what can I do to solve the problem after we paint.

I would recommend Lew Environmental to anyone needing a lead inspection. The pricing was reasonable and the inspector was prompt. Pablo gave me a call 20 minutes before arriving and showed up with a smile on his face. The experience was simple, and Pablo walked me through the entire process and took the time to educate me. Overall a pain free experience, Pablo is a huge asset to Lew.

Would never recommend this company in a freshly painted apartment. They failed us for a 1-in peel of latex paint when a door was closed on the paint too soon. If you fail for this, it would be impossible to pass for anything. Super disappointed

Liz called me for the appointment to schedule the inspection, but when it was discovered that I was exempt, she called me back for additional information to help me process my refund. Jelena called me back and was extremely patient, courteous and knowledgeable in walking me through to understand why I was exempt. She kept me on the phone until my refund was processed and helped me to understand everything that I needed to know. Both Jelena and Liz did an extremely nice job in being patient, courteous and efficient in helping me through the inspection process.

I used LEW Environmental with a lead inspection/remediation problem a few years back and was very impressed with the experience. So I decided to contact them again to help me with the lead inspection requirements from the recent NJ law.

And I wasn't disappointed at all!

Jelena was efficient, responsive, and very flexible in helping me schedule and set up the inspections, and was super patient in explaining the requirements and the inspection process.

Danny the inspector was very conscientious in updating me on arrival timing and arrived precisely at the time he said he would. He also took his job/responsibility very seriously and was very thorough during the inspection. At the same time, he was very friendly and makes a great conversationist! Danny is a credit to LEW.

I will definitely use LEW again!
