I bought my home 2 years ago, and have been going to Leslie's for all my pool needs. Brenden is always so helpful, testing my water and directing me to the correct products. I haven't maintained my pool for a few months. After following his instructions without any scrubbing my completely green pool is clearing up looking good. He gave me a few more steps. Like adding perfect weekly to clear up the cloudiness. I'm excited to see Tomorrow's results.

I came in last Sunday. Jonathan was super helpful and went the extra mile to help me get some hard to get fittings. He went to the Pentair catalog to get the actual original part numbers.
Very professional and friendly. Great attitude!
He then crossed those numbers over to two other manufacturers in case the originals weren't available.
It was about 7:12pm and they were supposed to close at 7:00. He never treated me as if I had to leave.

Worst customer service ever... told me other customers who just walked in the door were more important than me because I was "getting a free service." I had been waiting for 20 minutes in line and I was also buying $30 of chemicals and looking to get my spa motor replaced (would have been about $450 plus labor). I guess they don't value my money. I will never be back.

Worst customer service ever. The woman Mananger that smokes those cigarettes out front when you pull up who was there was disrespectful to me, not cool and her friend was very Disrespectful and the mananger just said nothing like this is a paying customer hello ... i was there to buy pool supply not to be ridiculed and teased... will never go back there ever i will drive farther to get pool supply to stay away from her and her buddys...
