If you have any pool issues at all, go see David at Leslie's pool store. Not only did he recommend a great pool replastering company for me, but he has been helping me keep the water in my pool in check on a weekly basis. I will get all chemical and pool supplies from the Leslie store in Cinnaminson and I highly recommend this store.

I was there yesterday to purchase polaris cleaner and Colleeen was in the middle of handling other customers but still said good morning and she’d be right with me. She was polite, knowledgeable, and able to multitask despite being verbally berated by angry customer who came in when I was browsing the store. She remained calm, cool, and collected. I’m not sure what the man’s problem was but she was trying to help and he continued to verbally abuse her. I really hope she gets a raise for the amount of tolerance and patience she had.

Colleen gave me the information I needed to continue with my search for the perfect cleaner while keeping her cool.

In my 4+ years owning a pool this is by far the best pool store I have ever dealt with. The people make the difference. Dave and Colleen are so honest, personable, and knowledgeable. Whether you’re a beginner or pool pro they have your best interest in mind. They make sure that you understand the reasoning behind everything. Very detail oriented and highly recommend! I won’t go anywhere else!

Called for over an hour at 2:00pm on a Friday no one answered the phone. Got to the store waited in line for over 20 min to talk to someone & they couldn’t really help me. Told me I needed an appointment to look at my pool filter. Next opening would be end of July lol (4 weeks away). I went down the street to D&L pool supply & I was in & out in under 30 min with everything I needed & a fixed filter that was just missing 2 screws.

I don't think there are appropriate enough words to describe my loathing for this store. We painted our 40,000 gallon in-ground pool using paint purchased from here and followed the manufacturer's directions exactly. The next summer the paint had all chipped. After communicating with the manager and district manager for months they finally told us we would have to take it up with the manufacturer, who we have never received a response from. An almost $1,000 job down the drain. Then we had our water tested multiple times as we kept having trouble balancing it. They sold us a million chemicals which never solved the issue. Finally we contacted another company and they told us we simply had to raise the alkalinity and get the metal out. Problem solved. THEN they sold my husband (whose first language is not English) the WRONG closing kit and told me they won't return or exchange chemicals. I work in a laboratory and even the HAZMAT pharmacy we order from will exchange chemicals. Terrible customer service and products all around.

I started of with National Pools. DO NOT go to National Pool! They treat you like your the one ripping them off. They DO NOT explain anything. They are only interested in your cash. I walked into Leslie’s Pool Supply and the two gentlemen there explained my whole system and told me exactly what I needed, when to put the chemicals in and answered all my questions. I walked out of there understanding how a salt water system works and what to do to start it up and how to maintain the pool for the entire time it is open. I highly recommend Leslie’s Pool Supply. Those two guy took all the time I needed to explain EVERYTHING.

Very helpful here. They take time with you to answer all your questions. Always go there for my chemicals and to get my water tested. They tell you what you need to do to get your pool balanced. Yes I would recommend this store.
