Disappointed. More than 30% of the panels installed by Legion stopped working approx. 8 months post-install. I was told at the time of sale, (and it mentions on their website) that the panels would be monitored by Legion for outage instances like this, and that I would be contacted by Legion if any problems occurred. That didn't happen, and I found out that the panels were producing no energy weeks later when I saw my NVEnergy production was lower than it should have been. At this point, I contacted Legion and was given the runaround multiple times - being promised calls back that never arrived. I was finally able to reach a gentleman named Marcos from Legion. It took weeks to arrange, but he was able to get someone (a non-Legion employee) to come out to diagnose the solar panel issue. That contact was not successful in diagnosing it, and I never received follow-up after his visit. After a few MORE weeks (all the while I am now accumulating/paying for an energy bill), I was able to reach a third party company, Solar Insure, who brought in another contractor (Converso Energy) to come out and inspect the issue. That contractor quickly discovered that wires in my attic had burnt up causing eleven panels to go out; he also shared that this was a major fire hazard. I have attached photos of the burnt up wires in this review. Converso Energy sent me a bill after fixing the wiring, and I had to pay it out of my own pocket. After contacting Legion once again, Marcos told me that they would reimburse me for the 3rd party service I paid out of pocket, and also for the energy/money lost from the inoperable panels over those two months. As of this writing, I have received no reimbursement for either of these, and Legion will not give me a call back after multiple attempts, including my request for the owner to contact me. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have dealt with and I recommend that you avoid working with this company at all costs. It is not worth it.

make sure you watch out for these guys as a customer and as a agent. they go from state to state lieing their way to new reps and customers and won't pay or handle your needs. I am owed lots and lots of money from this company well over 25k. I REPEAT STAY AWAY

Its almost impossible to contact these people.
I have a leak on my roof from the installation of the solar panels, i called them and they gave me a number to call but they never answer.

My Legion' installed solar panels were on line and working flawlessly for months when I received a letter from the City alerting me that my permit was never approved and had expired, requiring I submit an updated permit ASAP or face substantial fines. I contacted Legion and they worked with City officials directly to submit a revised permit application that was subsequently approved. Although I was not involved directly with the process, Legion was responsive to my queries for updates. I selected Legion Solar Power in part, because of their warranty, workmanship and a recommendation from my neighbor, another Legion Solar Power customer.

The salesman I worked with were incredibly professional. They explained the whole process and answered all my questions. My solar panels were properly installed and turned on and I’m saving money monthly! Great company and amazing referral program, I’ve referred multiple friends!
