Our son and daughter- in law had just come home with our new grandson on Sunday and the a/c was not cooling. Called Pat and he got the service person on call there very quickly. He resolved the issue, was very friendly and professional. We have used Legacy for years and will continue.

My daughter called Legacy Heating & Cooling while housesitting for us when we were hard to reach in Alaska, not knowing who our normal a/c company was. They came right out to our home (north Fayette) & spent several hours diagnosing the problem of why our a/c keeps shutting off (a recurring issue that has happened at least 1/2 dozen times in the last 3-4 months). Come to find out the unit was installed improperly by the contractor less than 2 years ago on our newly constructed home. Whatever Legacy did to fix this has worked so far and we haven’t had a problem since (about a month now). Our gratitude is especially expressed to the two young men who came out quickly & were not only professional but also problem-solving, solution-seeking diagnosticians—which is really hard-to-find nowadays. Thank you so much!

Great service , the technicians were great and went right to work. They were very friendly and explained everything as they worked. Showed me the problem and then repaired the unit. They have a great lady in their office that will receive your payment. Great company, I would call them for all my work.

Had a problem with my AC condenser fan. Called Legacy mid-morning. They had the unit fixed and running that afternoon. Not all problems are the same, but Legacy's response time was far above expectations.
