We had an awesome experience with Lee’s Air, Heating & Plumbing. All of the technicians who came to our home were polite and so very friendly. Our AC unit went out Sunday night. I called first thing Monday and an appt was scheduled for early afternoon. After diagnosing the unit, they worked with us to obtain and finance a new unit. Then the installers were at our house at 8:30 Tuesday morning and the installation was complete by about 4 pm. WOW - I would have not imagined this project would be complete in 24 hours. We have used this company for a few years and will always do so.

I really appreciate the service I have received from this company for a number of years now. The communication with the office and entire staff has been excellent. For this appointment, Damien was very thorough in his maintenance of my heating system in preparation for Winter. He was complete in explaining my system to me, including showing me photos of my equipment in the attic. No stone was unturned in going through the system to make sure all was at optimum. I have used their service, including an installation of equipment for about 8 years and could not be happier!

I needed a report for our insurance company regarding why our new dishwasher flooded our house. I called Lees and the plumber came out, but all he did was turn the kitchen faucet on. When that caused water to come out of where the water line coupled with the intake valve, he surmised that the installer forgot to use a rubber washer, but didn’t bother to check to see if that was actually the case. I told him I hired him to write a report for the insurance stating what caused the flood and gave him the adjusters email address, and was told he’d write the report and send it once back at the office. The installer returned when I conveyed the info and unscrewed the line in front of me to show me there was indeed a rubber washer, just as there should have been. He reconnected and tightened the line as well as possible, but turning on the water still allowed water out into the floor. I called the insurance to inform them the plumbers report was wrong, only to fibd out it had never been sent.

I called Lees and explained that I’d hired the plumber to verify the cause of the leak and write a report as to the cause, but since all he’d done was guess at it without bothering to verify its accuracy, which would have taken all of a minute, and never sent a report, that he’d done nothing I paid him for and I wanted a refund. I was told someone would get back to me by the next day. It’s been over two weeks and I’ve heard nothing. A subsequent call was brushed off with me being told it had been sent for consideration and to wait to hear back. I’ve had no kitchen for two months now and the insurance process is very slow due to all the subtraction and very party trying g to say someone else is responsible. If the plumber had done his job AT ALL, this process would be moving forward a lot faster, but all he did was take my money, lie to me and the customer service has done much the same! I wouldn’t use a company that treats even the easiest and most basic jobs as though they are nothing and the customer is nobody worth doing their job for! This is outrageous!

First time homeowner here, and so as I was making a list of home maintenance tasks, I started searching for HVAC services. "Lee's Air, Plumbing, Heating & Roofing" came up on top so I called right away. I spoke to Mandie on the phone (hope I remembered her name correctly), she was lovely and kind enough to answer all my questions and luckily they were having a promotion of $99 membership fee! I signed up at once and was given an appointment as soon as the next day. Fast forward to today, Andy came to service our heating furnace this morning. He also replaced our filter and gave us some helpful tips in keeping our furnace in good condition as well. Thank you Lee's for having a staff that are not only friendly, but are also professional and good at what they do. Me and my husband are truly grateful for the quality of work and quality of employees you guys have. It's nice to know we picked the right company <3

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Lee’s. Gustavo was very professional & he explained everything to me. He showed me the parts that needed to be replaced, let me know when they’d arrive & when he’d be back to do the repairs. Because the parts were going to take a couple of days to arrive, he arranged to have space heaters delivered to my home while I waited. He also gave me a written estimate on the total cost so I wouldn’t have any surprises. He was great!

Big box company. Advertised great deals and then came to do a diagnostic and said I needed a new heat exchanger. Told me the part is no longer available and wanted me to meet with the sales manager for a complete new furnace with AC unit. I paid them and then got a second opinion. Ended up, all I needed was a tune up.
