We come to Gatlinburg twice a year because we love it. This time on day 2 my husband ended up with Flu and pneumonia. Yaritza was very friendly and helpful in the ER. The staff on the 3rd floor was amazing. The CNA, Celina was so nice and caring. Sarah and the nurse in training Whitney took such good care of my husband. I have not one bad thing to say about our visit. I highly recommend LeConte Medical Center.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jennifer A. from the ER registration, and I cannot express enough how wonderful she was. From the moment went to the patient room, she was kind, patient, and incredibly professional. Despite the busy environment, she made me feel valued and at ease, handling everything efficiently with a warm and reassuring attitude. Her dedication to her work and compassion for patients truly stand out. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided to me during my recent stay at your facility. From the moment I was admitted, I experienced a level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication that went above and beyond my expectations.

Each nurse and staff member I encountered was not only highly skilled but also displayed genuine empathy and kindness. They took the time to address my concerns, answer my questions, and ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my treatment. Their unwavering commitment to patient care made a significant difference in my recovery journey.

I would like to extend a special thanks to - Dr. Mann, Dr. Barrett, Dr. Harden Kristin, Rebeka, Jasmyne, Katie, Brenda, Tobie, Lisa and Aimee S, whose tireless efforts and positive attitudes made each day a bit brighter. Their teamwork and seamless coordination were truly commendable.

On November 29, 2025 around 5:00 pm, I fell while on vacation in Pigeon Forge, TN. I went to the LeConte Medical Center ER. I was checked in and taken straight back. The gentleman that did triage was compassionate and took my injury seriously. He took me to a room and told me an X-ray tech would be right there. The young lady x-rayed my arm, she allowed me to position it where it needed to be and was very kind. The Dr that came in showed me my X-ray and told me my arm was broken in 2 places, both bones. He told me they would put it in a temporary cast and I would need to follow up with an orthopedic surgeon next week. Randall can't in and out on the cast, he told me it would hurt but he promised it would feel better when he was finished. He was right, on both counts, it hurt but felt better once it was done. I can't thank these great people enough and I can continue my trip and not have to cut it short.

Came here on 03/14. Jennifer A. And Mo A. We're amazing. Mo calmed me down and was so nice and attentive, Jennifer A. helped me with info during registration and stuff. They were very very busy. But the staff seemed to have everything running as good as they could do. Waiting room does need more seats though. And a hot food machine would be amazing to have. Chips and cookies do not cut it.

I got very sick while on vacation and had to visit the ER at LeConte Medical Center. The staff was top tier! This was the best experience I've ever had in an emergency department. The staff was efficient, caring, thorough and attentive; Madison and Dr. Schott were amazing. I don't like visiting the ER but, if I had to choose one, I would choose LeConte.

My sister had come to this hospital and she received the most amazing care!! All the doctors and nurses were very nice, but the lab assistant Sydney C. really stood out! She was so sweet and so friendly she explained everything thoroughly and when she had to draw my sister‘s labs, she made it look so easy!

I recently had surgery with Dr. Pugh and an amazing team of nurses—Ellie, Angela, Crystal, and Suzy—and I couldn’t have asked for better care. From the moment I walked in to the moment I was wheeled out to my car, they made me feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made my surgery experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m incredibly grateful for their outstanding care and would highly recommend this team and the hospital to anyone in need of medical treatment. Thank you all!
