Sari has been phenomenal! She always has great meal ideas, and keeps me from feeling defeated! I love my appointments with her as I always feel so much better about myself and my future health! LBS Nutrition is great! The front desk ladies are so sweet and helpful. I work with Sari Greaves as my dietician and she has truly helped improve my lifestyle! I have some health issues that are severely inflammatory for my body and she has worked with me to build a custom anti-inflammatory meal plan to help manage those issues. She is very nice and easy to work with! She really tailors the meal plan to you with realistic goals, and not only focuses on your health and nutritional needs, but recommends foods that I actually like, so it’s easier for me to follow the meal plan. I also love how Sari takes a holistic approach, also looking at bloodwork, supplements, and body movement when working with me. We base my progress on how I am feeling, and not based on numbers on a scale- which is a non-judgmental approach I truly appreciate!! After 3 months of working with Sari, I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been working with LBS (specifically Rachel) for almost a year now! I had bariatric surgery and see her regularly. I love that I can have my appointments virtually, and I’ve never had any issues making/finding appointment times. She is super flexible. Rachel has helped me so much through my journey so far! I feel like she really cares and also listens. I never feel rushed and always end our appointments feeling like I learned something important. She doesn’t pressure or judge (like some other experiences I’ve had) and makes me feel comfortable too. I would definitely recommend Rachel and LBS!

Lauren really takes the time to get to know her patients and does not offer a cookie cutter approach to nutrition. She instinctively knew that I was struggling a bit without me telling her. She was able to offer words of encouragement and nutritional tips/facts to help me get back on track. Her communication skills are excellent and is always available before and after a session. I highly recommend her services!

LBS Nutrition LLC-you won’t be disappointed. Lauren has been instrumental on my weight loss journey. She always shares ideas to improve moving your body & getting your exercisein. Meal prep, recipe suggestions, words of encouragement, things to not waste your money on when you wanna try everything to help you meet your goals. I just consider myself really fortunate to have found someone that I’m really comfortable with. I even referred LBS Nutrition LLC to my co-worker who has had nothing but positive interactions.

I had Rachel and she was very helpful in creating a plan that worked best. She helped me introduce new foods and identify what hurt my gut and what helped. The daily tracker helped with that. I used to go home every day after work bloated and so uncomfortable. I saw her every couple weeks over the summer and fall and stopped by early December. Feeling good so far! 😊
