Poor communication. I called Monday morning at 8am to schedule a gas delivery for the next day (Tuesday) for an additional $100 “next day” charge. I never received gas on Tuesday, or a phone call update saying that I wouldn’t be receiving the gas. They were quick to charge me the $600+ on Monday as soon as we got off the phone tho. So you can imagine my surprise when I came home Tuesday to an empty tank...

Fast forward Wednesday morning I call, stating I haven’t received my delivery yet. I was told somebody will be out there after this morning after his first two stops. Amanda was going to talk to her manager about removing the $100 next day charge, which I did appreciate.

4 more hours go by, no phone call update on the reversal charge, no timeframe of when I’m going to get the gas either.

I had to call back again and ask for an update. Finally after 48+ hours and 4 phone calls I’m getting gas delivered. This could all be avoided with some communication with the customer, but apparently that’s not a concern for Lakes Gas. It seems like they just want your money unfortunately.
