I live on fairview and Olive in Hemet Ca 92544. Its been more then a month the i called because the preassure and the amount of water the comes out its horrible. I pay my bills on time you guys need to fix this.

Very cruel company. They turn your water off 1 day late and will not do any type of payment plans. Problem is they are the only water company in the valley so they think they are above the law. They don’t care if your house gets condemn because you don’t have running water.

This company is a scam. The billing system is purposely screwed up so they can turn the water off and then reap the reward of the money to get it turned back on. You get multiple bills WEEKLY with different due date and amounts. Depending on the day you call and who helps you it could either be a great experience or the rudest person you've ever encountered in your life. Some staff are amazing and others are beyond rude.

To the lady's at the front desk, Thank you. Do to a family emergency I was unable to pay my water bill in a timely fashion, needless to say my water was turned off, after explaining what had happened these beautiful women helped me, they were able to have my water turned back on today and are allowing me to pay my bill Tuesday. I am sorry I didn't get their names, but I will never forget how they were able to help me and hope to be able to pay it forward one day

This organization is not only the most unprofessional group of individuals I have dealt with in a very long time but they practice unethical business and billing practices. Watch them closely as they will inevitably rip you off when it comes to automatic bill payment through your debit card or checking account. Furthermore, they have zero sense of urgency when it's your money admittedly and erroneously taken out of your bank account by them. They should be held accountable for their unethical and I believe borderline, if not completely, illegal business and billing practices! I will continue to pursue the funds they ADMIT to misbilling me and taking out of my bank account without notification or permission to do so. I certainly hope they are not allowed to continue to do this to many others but unfortunately nobody oversees their activities or rogue actions taken against their monopolized marketplace clients! Shame on you LHMWD! Oh and fix your online bill payment portal so we can pay our bills on time and not risk being subjected to your dictatorial service suspension tactics!!! 😡😠🤬

I let them know i was moving and provided them with the new address but was told to come in in person to establish new service. (only utility that requires this)Thats all good and dandy, except i wasnt able to come in that day. So these crooks went ahead and disconnected service to both addresses the next day. Having no choice i went in to establish service to the new address and they go and charge me a $200 dollar deposit and a $50 dollar "same day activation fee". Keep in mind i had already established a deposit for the previous address.

THIS IS THE MOST AWFUL COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I called in regards to a concern with my water service and after checking was told by the "OPERATOR" that the off duty technician could not help with the account. I then asked to speak with the off duty technician and was denied. The operator proceeded to hang up on me twice and refused to let me speak with a supervisor or another operator. As someone who is new to the city of Hemet I am completely disappointed in the way that I have been treated by this company. I wish that there was another option.
