We had an enormous water bill, that was payed for 4-5 months over $400 each. It was over looked due to job loss and hospital stays. We called the company, plumbers, cut off the water, and did without water. It took 2 weeks to get water main repaired. A builder put the foundation of house on it. Duh. Where was LA police (nosey people) and inspectors? Water co. said to mail all bills to see if they would possibly reimburse last high bill. Others said they would cover all water bills. Interesting meter guy didn't notice. Right!
It's been a long time. Plus we emailed copies of bills, and the repairs. Still no replays. We are urged by LA Utility not to waste water and conserve water, especially during drought, but, the people who are most conservative are pentilized because there is a graph chart of charge, instead of actual usage. Sorry to leave this review. I know how people hate to hear the truth. Maybe someone who is ethical enough to step forward will do the correct thing then, this review will be updated.

My water bill has gone up 3 times the amount when I first moved here, yet the water quality is getting worse. I cannot believe I paid a $151 bill. We started at $60 per month. All I see coming out of my tap is nasty yellow water!

This company cannot keep the water clean. Nor, is is capable of servicing pipes before it becomes an issue. I’m amazed there are still allowed to operate since the water that reaches your house is brown. Worst customer service and I really am not sure how they have not been shut down by the EPA.

Corrupt and unregulated by the state of Georgia. Be very aware this company doesn't act in a responsible way. You have no choice but to use them if you buy a home in Lake Arrowhead, GA and no recourse when they screw up or over bill you. They can over- charge you and often they do. Something needs to be done to regulate this utility company!!
