We are trying to discontinue services and can't get anyone to answer the phone. We have left 2 messages, the automatic answering bot has humg up on us several times, and there isnt an online option to discontinue services. Customer service is terrible. There isnt a 0 star option, so 1 star.

I am very upset and disappointed with you. Yes you give us on our bill phone #.. to pay bill with a 3 percent--"due to 3rd party". As an organization I would rate you as failure. i have better customer service with Chico than you. that is sad. All I want to do is talk to a live person so I can have my monthly bill be deducted from bank account. I have tried several times with no success. Please respond

Good water rates, good response to problems. Lago del Oro water co. is one reason I like living in Catalina.
I pay with Surepay, so the payment is automatically taken from my checking account. But they still won't go paperless -- they insist on sending a receipt in the mail every month, which is silly.
I read in the Nextdoor app about Goodman Water co. in Eagle Crest Ranch -- what a ripoff nightmare that company is! I'd never buy a house that uses Goodman Water service.

Terrible company: this is the only reason I don't like living in Catalina. No auto pay ability, no credit card payment ability, no over the phone payment ability, no ACH, and no office payment ability. Literally the only way to pay is via check in the mail. I wish you could give less than 1 star. This is the only company I pay with checks. I have to keep getting paper checks because the water company is operating in the 1970s.

Literally my most stressful bill that I pay! Not because its expensive but because it is almost impossible to pay the freaking thing! No website, no over the phone payments and any "online" option takes 7 to 14 days to clear because your bank has to cut them a freaking check and mail it to them!

Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age! Still hand batching bills. Said 3 years ago they were working on credit card payments, still not up and running. When I called to voice my concerns I was told "I hear it all the time." and given a so what attitude "I can't do a thing about it". Robsen needs new blood and a better attitude in their offices.

Worst utility company ever. Been dealing with them for over 30 years and nothing has changed. Constantly over billed and never able to come to a solution. No other choice for water companies so just have to bend over for them.

These folks are GREAT responders
Had an issue with our water pressure and they came out within 2 hours of my call and analyzed the problem so I could get the right folks ( Water Tek) out to fix the problem
