BEWARE

This company does not secure their load of rock. Just like the previous reviewer, on 5/9/21 I was driving with my family east on I-10, about 25 miles outside of Phoenix when several rocks began falling out of the top of the truck. This caused damage to the front of my vehicle. I immediately pulled over to let the truck pass and pulled back up alongside of it. I retrieved the license plate and company name along with the truck number (truck #10).

I called their company to report the dangerous truck and load and a woman answered and when i told her what had happened she responded "huh, i'll let the driver know" then she immediately hung up. I attempted to call 6 more times and she would not answer.

I then immediately called Arizona Highway Patrol and met an officer at the next exit and gave him a full report to which he assured me that

I reported the entire incident to my insurance company including the company's information. In speaking to my claims agent, he reports that his attempts to contact the company have failed as well as this company is even ignoring his calls.

BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!

Not only do they operate dangerously with unsecured loads spitting rocks all over other vehicles at 75 mph, they also are rude and evasive which is a bad combo for anyone who runs a business.
