This store is brightly lighted and well stocked with a tremendous variety of local, national, and international delicacies. The few cashiers to be found are helpful; there are usually too few to keep the lines running quickly. The main concern is regarding the men’s restroom, which I have spoken about to the store management several times. Lack of ventilation and deep cleaning make for an unpleasant experience.

Another week, another we don't have that item in stock. I believe Kroger is using false advertising to lure customers into their stores with Kroger "Digital" coupons, knowing they don't have these items in stock and probably never did. Kroger also has a "while supplies last" policy on digital coupons which comes in handy for them when there never was a supply. Every week for the last 6 months they have been out of at least one digital coupon item. Love the store but almost criminal advertising policies.

I mimic others' comments about the lack of customer service, long lines and the ONLY option is self checkout, and very dirty restrooms. The only reason I came back recently is because the other Starbucks in town is being renovated. I walked in the front entrance and noticed their new video casino section. Very classy. This is a grocery store, not a gas station or laundromat. Even those places usually have the decency to place their casinos in the back. I'm not a prude, it is just all getting out of hand. My 8 year old daughter wanted to know why you had to be over 18 for the arcade. Thank you Kroger.

Yes the store was busy but the thing that made me make this review is the stupid self check out that have the belts. If you alone these double your check out time. I checked out, paid then had to bag my items that were at the end of the belt. On such a busy day, December 28, why not have more cashiers. They only had four but have 7 self check out. We will not be back. (I was alone at 75 years of age).

In store is great and clean most of the time well stocked. Grocery pick up is always late and they don’t notify you until last minute that it won’t be ready. Team delivering the groceries to the car are always great, polite and courteous. Just wish they would plan a bit better 9 out of 10 times my grocery pick up is 30 min to 1 hour or more late no matter what day or time it is scheduled.

I placed an order for pickup yesterday for today from 3p to 4p. They let me know at 3:05p that my order wouldn’t be ready until 5. I was the only one at pick up so I was very confused. Ginny said as the young girl they sent out to tell me this. She understood my frustrations (especially since I do not live in Carrollton and would not be back for this order). She was very helpful and quick to fix the situation. Kroger needs to fix their pick up system but Ginny is a five star employee.
