I had an emergency situation at my house from storm damage. Called Kopp at 1030am they had a technician at my house by 4pm. He was able to put a temporary fix on the issue. They came back the next day at 830am and had the job done by 11am. Price ended up being cheaper than what was quoted over the phone. The crew performed all work in a clean and professional manner. Would recommend them

I am not posting about their work done. I called for work to be done. They were the only ones I called. I had an emergent situation that needed to be taken care of that JCPL put bandaid on. My outside line on my house was cracked open all the way up the big line and water was getting in. Old house! KOPP Electric came out a week ago and said I would get a price. Still no price a week later and 2 phone calls. If you do not want the work, say so. I could have called someone else the next day. Now I called another electrician and they are here doing the the work. I want small businesses getting my money. Shameful way to treat a resident in your town.

Very professional. Company sales person Nick was amazing and very informative and thoroughly went over contract with me. We did end up having roof issues a year later. It took a little of time to address the issue but Kopp did take full responsibility and fairly worked with us to address the issue. I really appreciate the care and concern and the fairness to the situation and highly appreciate it. They definitely showed they cared for me as a client.

Have have had the solar system for six years now and it has been great. Anytime I needed Mike and Kopp electric, the personal service has been the best! Once the system was up, the owners themselves contacted me to make sure everything went well. Mike will reach out throughout the year even when not needed just to check in to make sure all is going well. By far the best decision I’ve made for solar!!!

Great experience. Had electrical issues late on Friday afternoon. Kopp Electric was able to send someone over to help that evening to check everything out/make sure everting was safe and manageable for us, and came back early the next morning to finish the work. They were extremely helpful and got everything fixed quickly. They did a great job. Super professional, friendly, and efficient. Would definitely recommend their services.
