Absolutely perfect experience from beginning to end. Moe and Donna from Koala insulation was quick to answer my call for a quote. I believe Moe was out the same day I called. I believe their price was fair. Most of all, I felt like they genuinely cared about our concerns. That’s important when it comes to business. I trusted them with the job and they did awesome. The whole family seems to be involved which is great! A+ at communication and they did a wonderful job on our attic space.

We are in the process of selling our home and needed to addd insulation to our attic as part of the sale agreement. Having very little time to get this done, I priced around a few companies. Not only could Koala Insulation service our home quickly they beat out our best quote!

Chris and Grant were very professional. They arrived on time and made sure to protect our home during the job. They were very thorough and provided photos of the completed work. Love that because I’m too chicken to climb up the attic.

Saying that they did a good job is an understatement

I reached out to them to insulate my crawl space after I had to remove insulation last year due to water damage. Couldn’t take cold floors anymore. Moe was able to fit me in for an estimate and get my crawl space done pretty fast. We ended up going with a thick vapor barrier and spray foam with sealing the vents to deal with both moisture issue and insulation.
The wife was so happy with the job that we ended up reaching out to them again to beef up our attic insulation. We were not planning on getting that done for a while due to budgeting and thinking not sure if it will help much. Once again they scheduled us in a week and knocked it out in a couple hours. Plus they also ended up venting my bathroom exhaust with a non standard 8inch diameter opening for no additional charge
Felt a HUGE HUGE HUGE difference right away. Now I can finally sleep in the master bedroom without freezing my ass off. Toddler won’t be happy because we’ve all been cozying up in her warm room and neither will the electric company when my bill goes down 🙂
Very good pricing, easy to communicate with quick response time, punctual, everyone we dealt with were friendly and super nice, answered all questions and best part cleaned up well after they were done

Only suggestion: I wish they took before and after pictures that way the consumer can see exactly the difference. In my case I went down to crawl space before and after. Same with attic but not everyone is able to do that. On the attic project I did ask Grant to take pictures

Moe fit us quickly into their estimate schedule, got us a very fairly priced quote then scheduled Grant & Cam to do the insulation. Koala insulated above a large garage space for us! They set up quickly, moved some obstacles, made way for the long hose and got to work. Grant & Cam cleaned up after they were done & we’re happy, warmer customers!

We were adding insulation to our existing home to deal with the upstairs getting hot in the afternoon. I had lots of questions about the process and wanted to be sure more insulation would fix our issue. Moe was great to take time (and several phone calls) to answer everything.

The actual install was faster than I expected. I appreciated that the installers cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't even tell they'd been there.
