I am overall please with the services of Gutaranteed Rate and thankful to Mr. Kenney for helping us throughout the process. He followed up and made sure all the paperwork was done for our house purchase and applied for down payment assistance for us. He also followed through on the $1000 down on the house and gave us the remainder of our earnest money back. Would recommend especially to first time home buyers and those who do not have the funds to put money down for a down payment.

When came to being able to truly trust someone and have someone working hard for you, by showing you true dedication through the whole home buying process. You will get that with Kenny Greene. If I am every in the process of buying a home again. I have total trust going back to Kenny. Any thing that I didn't understand as a 1st time solo home purchaser or had questions about, he told the time to make every uncertainty clear and simply understood.
