What a great small business to work with! They went above and beyond by having a technician come out on a Saturday to help me better understand the issues I was having with my unit. The technician was honest, sincere and did a great job of educating me and explaining some of the options for repair. This company is definitely not just out for the money; they are in the business for the long haul and truly care about their customers. 🙌

Had a great experience with Kendrick Heating & Air Conditioning. I called and spoke with Wade, who was quick to assist and connected us with their tech, Tyler. Tyler came out promptly, assessed our situation, and walked us through several options. Initially, we planned to go with the most affordable route and have them repair our 20+ year-old unit, which they were more than willing to do. However, after some thought, we decided to replace the unit entirely.

The install team was fantastic—efficient, professional, and incredibly transparent about their work. They worked quickly, kept everything clean, and made the whole process stress-free.

Overall, a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend Kendrick Heating & Air Conditioning for their excellent service and professionalism!

Tyler from Kendrick Heating and Air came out to give us a bid on a total replacement! He was awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, patient. Gave a great bid and got our heat system working while we wait for a replacement! It was freezing! The other 3 companies came out and did not provide the service that Tyler provided. Excellent.

Thank you Jordan for sending a tech expeditiously to troubleshoot and repair the AC issue at our home. Mike, the Tech, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked out everything elaborately and even got on a call with the manufacturer tech support all while standing in the attic where it gets really hot. It turned out a part is required to replaced. He has provided an estimate and will be coming back when the part arrives at their office. He was calm the entire time and the best part was there was never any pressure tactics and arm twisting that many other Techs tend to apply to get the customer to agree to some solution they propose. I will do a follow up on this review once they get the part and do the actual final repair and get our system back up.

Mike came back out yesterday with the replacement parts and got our AC system up and running again and tested everything out. He also took the time to explain the functions of the system clearly. I am very happy wit the Job. I already recommended Kendrick to a friend and he has hired them for his project too. I will keep doing word of mouth referrals to other friends too.

Great experience so far. Tyler came out to give me a bid on converting from gas to a heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Since I am a senior woman trying to figure this very confusing issue out alone, and I later thought of some further questions, Jordan came out to discuss them with me. Jordan was very professional and informative and addressed all of my questions and explained things so that I could understand it all better. I am getting the proposal from them and will update after my installation.
