I had an amazing experience speaking with Nicholas Chatman, the Finance Director at Keiser College.When speaking to the lender they made me feel discouraged when it came to helping me understand. He took the time to break down the numbers for my private loan in a way that was clear and easy to understand. He made me feel more comfortable and confident in my financial decisions than the lender itself! Thanks to his guidance, I now fully understand my repayment costs and what to expect moving forward. I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. Highly recommend!

I had originally come to Keiser several years ago to enter their nursing program. Unfortunately, I scored very low on their teas and they told me that I should consider doing another program/career because nursing would not be for me. So, I decided to go to Broward College because I heard they had an outstanding nursing program and their prices are not ridiculously high. Thankfully I passed their Hesi to enter their nursing program and I ended up graduating from their nursing program. The worst thing you can do is tell someone they are not good enough. Well you lost a potential student Keiser and your quick dismissal gave me motivation to be a registered nurse!

Keiser University is all a scam and all about the money. They do not care about the students while they’re paying thousands of dollars per semester. They sell fake dreams to students but when you’re already in the program they give you a hard time. Not to mention the dirty classrooms that haven’t been deep cleaned like in YEARS. My allergy would act up continuously once I go to class because the classrooms were dirty and dusty. I had to email the dean for them to take action and it took like 2 weeks for them to do so. Save yourself the money and time and go to a community college. They change employees so often too so that will tell you a lot about Keiser.

Honestly I would never recommend to anyone to attend this school. When I first applied my financial aid advisor helped me and gave a breakdown on how much I would pay overall for an associates degree in medical billing and coding. I now have to pay the school and pay $30,000 in loans that I was not aware of. I feel like I was lied to and scammed. Save your money and don’t go here.

First of all, this isn’t a case of a failed student seeking revenge out of resentment. I graduated from this institution with high honors, ranking first in my class with near-perfect grades, never failing an academic test or course, earning a 94% on my state licensing exam, and receiving an Outstanding Academic Student distinction. Every professor I studied under can attest to my competence and character. Therefore, there is no one more qualified to give this critique than myself.

This is not intended to criticize any professor. The radiology faculty, including Mrs. Levy and Ms. Forbes, are among the best in the field, and you won't find better anywhere else. This critique is solely directed at management.

I must express my dissatisfaction with my experience. When I think of the term "bureaucratic failure," this institution immediately comes to mind. The level of incompetence in administrative processes was astonishing. For an institution that requires a hefty financial investment, it repeatedly fails to meet basic expectations.

For instance, a Dean incorrectly entered my graduation date, along with two other graduates, which delayed the process of us obtaining state licensure for a month, much to our chagrin. We had to escalate the matter to the owner to finally resolve it. All we recieved in return was a hollow apology.

The school also failed to return the remaining $2,000 from my student account. Weeks passed, and only after two follow-up calls did they finally release the funds—an oversight that speaks volumes about the institution’s mismanagement.

These occurances are not anomolies, but rather symptoms of a more insidious problem: a consistent pattern of Egregious errors cultivated by feebleminded reprobates.

The institution is run by individuals who lack the competence to manage even the most basic tasks and are more suited bagging groceries than managing an "accredited" university. If you want something done properly here you often have to oversee every detail yourself, even when it should be their responsibility. The assumption that the staff here will simply fulfill their duties with diligence is, unfortunately, naive. I have rarely encountered an institution so profoundly disorganized, where incompetence seems not just present but embedded in the very structure of its operation. If you are seeking private education, I strongly suggest considering Cambridge. This place is not worth your time or money.

I am going after my PhD in Global Business. I find the classes challenging and rewarding. Small classes allow for fun in learning and professors who really work with you. This is not easy but, in the end worth more than just a diploma. I feel blessed with this as part of my journey.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE BOOKSTORE! I love the classes and Professors, hence the one star but support from the bookstore is way, way way, below par. As a student there, I love the University, the business program and all my Professors, yet I purchased a few books, with COUNTLESS concerns that I documented with the University staff and college professors, without resolution. The latest is a rental that I purchased on line, fulfilled by the Jacksonville bookstore team and sent to the Fort Lauderdale location for pick up, since the closest location to me (Palm Beach Flagship) location has a manager that shady is the best way I can describe it. So back in MAY, I checked with the bookstore by calling on the 11th when the order was ready and was told that it is open on Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM. I even checked on Google to get the directions and verified the hours again. Stopped at the campus around 12:30 PM on Saturday, after driving from Delray Beach (about 40 minutes), and was also told by the front desk that they are open until 3 PM, but then went to the door upstairs only to find a locked door. I then checked with the library person that verified that the door was closed.
When I went downstairs, I was given the excuse of "They were open only during the first week of the summer semester, and that was last Saturday." When I asked if they were aware that the semester started AFTER SATURDAY on 05/08/2023, the Monday after the weekend they mentioned, oh no that is not how we have it on our calendar....I felt I was treated like an idiot because the from desk personnel argued my position. Just llok at the schedule posted AT THEIR DOOR!
Now, June 22nd, the rental is returned because since I never picked it up and had to buy from another vendor. I contacted the company that runs the bookstore, Follett, responsible for the return. As expected, they mentioned it will be refunded, yet the Keiser bookstore customer service has not refunded any funds and they keep closing the tickets sent from Follett, and cc me on double emails to confuse me or forget the concern.
I did mention that I will review publicly their treatment, but it seems they LOVE upsetting people that are professionals and do not just throw money at them. At this point, a BBB complaint is going to be sent for them and let's see how they support students (that have 3.91 GPA by the way, in Presidents List of KEISER.)
This was a simple cautionary tale for all you future students out there. Remember, WE pay for our education and pretty hefty if you consider the college loans, THEY nickel and dime for a return of an item never even picked up or used? For shame....

I would describe Keiser University as the best environment for learning. It offers one of the best faculty members in the country. All professors are excellent academics, but most importantly, they are really committed to teach, and they do care a lot about students. Keiser University has taught me and given me the tools to succeed as a professional. Also, I have had the opportunity of meeting very nice and friendly people. I feel proud to be a KU boy!!!
