Great company! Great work! We had no idea we had soft spots on our roof and shingles missing until Kearns looked at it. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. Clean up was wonderful. Kearns even had a crew work the weekend in the grueling heat to make sure the roof was done since painters were coming on Monday. What an accommodating company. Kearns Brothers roofing did a stellar job for us. Tony Seagraves our salesman was thorough and very easy to work with, He really shined when working with the insurance adjuster! On getting the claim settled, the work was scheduled, Brandon Skrzypek was our project manager. He and the crew worked like a "fine oiled machine". They took great care in fixing everything that needed attention and doing a fantastic job. The cleanup and respect for our property was the best we have ever experienced. Brandon did a final inspection and "addressed" everything my wife noticed even if it had little to do with the new roof! Great Job! Got several quotes for my roof and gutters in March, ultimately decided to go with Kearns due to Chuck. He made the process very easy. He didn't attempt to upsell anything unnecessary and clearly communicated scheduling, pricing, payment process and time to completion. Didn't apply any sales pressure and understood the parameters I was trying to work within. Project was done within the timeframe communicated to me and has significantly improved my homes water proofing and heat retention. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Kearns.

We received a call from Dan about a free roof inspection. We had used Kearns Brothers for a roof replacement in 2005 and were in need of new gutters so we agreed to have Dan come and look at our roof and gutters. He thoroughly checked our roof and said it was in great shape and not in need of replacement. He noted a few shingles needing tacked down and flanging above our porch on second deck needing fastening. Kearns team took care of those items and did a great job. Regarding the gutters, Dan went all around the house with us, noting what we would like. He provided a reasonable quote to us and also mentioned they offered a slightly wider and deeper gutter system. He noted it was slightly more cost than the standard gutters and gave us a quote for that as well. There was no pressure selling. He was very professional and answered all our questions. We went with the larger gutter system and i am so glad we did. The installers were outstanding and did an excellent job of installation and cleanup. I highly recommend this company.
