Kaitanna Solar showed us how we could OWN our own solar panels and essentially eradicate most of our electric bill. While we are paying the loan payments on the panels as well as a very small electric bill (our largest one so far has been $16), we are then paid a congruent amount for the energy we produce. It really seemed too good to be true until our accounts were set up and we saw it for ourselves. If you own your home, and you get lots of sun, Kaitanna has a great plan that in the end will actually save you money, and their plans are much, MUCH better than the larger corps like Solar City and NRG. I am attaching my only pic of my panels, which was unfortunately taken on a very gloomy day.

The entire experience took about 6 months to completion from our initial consultation to finally setting up our energy account, but we started enjoying lower electric bills with the new panels after about 2 months, and all the energy they've produced since then was paid for retroactively. The workers were very professional and did not need to be baby-sat. We didn't have to miss a day of work, and they made sure everything was working properly. We both stand by that this was one of the best decisions we've made yet, and there has been zero buyer's remorse.

I just want to thank her for helping me. I appreciate her honesty. Although Kaitanna did not install my solar system, they will be the first and only call I make for service.

This was my first experience with the company. I stopped in to the office in my town. Jenn gave me a thorough overview of the possibility of installing solar panels. I now feel I have an accurate perspective of the process from what it would cost to the interaction with the electric company. At this time, the electric company has closed the grid where I live to new solar as they are upgrading parts of their system. When my street opens up again, I will engage with Kaitanna on installation. As far as first impressions go, mine was very positive and informing!

We did substantial research before selecting Kaitanna and were very happy with the installation process. We are seeing a deduction in our electric bills, and the true test was a couple weeks ago when the power went out on a Friday evening. Our solar is set up to power our finished garage, so as soon as the power went out we headed out to the garage where it was toasty warm, the beer was cold, and the lights were on!! Several neighbors came over (since they had no power) and we had an impromptu party while we waited for the lights to come on. Great benefits to having our solar panels.
