I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pierson recently. The customer service was absolutely horrible, and they were completely unwilling to work with me. Their lack of care left me in an emergency situation, which was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. When I escalated the issue to a manager, I expected a resolution, but instead, they offered no real solutions and only made things worse. I don’t trust this company at all and would never give them my business again. If you value good service, honesty, and reliability, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

My oil furnace broke down around 3AM Christmas Day. The following day I called the company that installed the furnace – they flat out refused to help me (that will be a different review!). On a recommendation, I called JW Pierson. They were sympathetic to my situation, quickly set me up as a new client and had a technician out the next day. The technician(s) were very professional, explained everything that was going on and were very good about setting expectations. The office kept in touch with me and tracked progress the whole time. You simply don’t find this level of customer service often, couldn’t ask for a better outcome.

Needed emergency service and delivery on coldest day of year when supplies short. Pat MacDonnell came out in small truck with enough oil to keep house warm and got us up and running. All set and really appreciate great service.

My and wife were closing on our home in NJ and we needed to get a final reading of our remaining fuel oil for closing. In order to make the closing deadline, Pat ran out to our house on his own time to get the measurement and got us the document that same day.
