It was a wonderful experience, the newly remodeled hospital is beautiful. They also have been reaching out to the family’s and with the help of drug councilor’s community. They are educating the community about the dangers of fentanyl addiction.

This place is horrible at communicating important information. When I get lab results, they don’t tell me anything. They let me walk around for 2 weeks with an infection and then sent medicine to the pharmacy and I had no idea until the pharmacy was calling for me to pick up my medicine. When I have to get a referral they don’t communicate issues, or follow up. They wait til you encounter a problem to figure it out. I HATE this place. If you want your life played with, go here. It’s one issue after another. Especially MAI she is horrible.

Joshua Medical Center is Up the Most Doctors office that I have the most respect & privilege to be seen By they are All amazing doctors in this Department that I have All the trust in to take care of me in lifetime I’ve had many doctors ! That didn’t see you as A Insurance Company see us All for ? Threw the years I’ve learned that My Doctor Lawrence Tasai is the Best Doctor that I’ve have the most respect and trust with my life he is not only my doctor but A Amazing Doctor that takes time to Explain everything to me and makes phone calls and preys with you and makes you feel safe and love like a family so if you’re looking for A Amazing Doctor that sees you as A Person Not as A Insurance Company this is The Top place to be at that all these Doctors here will Do their best to help you in whatever you may Need! Had a physical here & it was the most incomplete exam I’ve ever had for a physical 5-10 minutes in and out. Additionally, they don’t even have the capacity to do ultrasounds, blood testing or urinalysis here - it’s really kind of like a glorified chop shop for internal medicine.
The good thing is that it’s easy to get appointments here, but the quality is completely another matter, it’s better than Coventra clinics for sure, but that sure isn’t saying very much. Very hard to find a decent MD these days & this place doesn’t have good ones for sure!!

Good afternoon yall. We just left the offices of Dr. Mui which I give him five (5) stars because my wife has been coming here for years and is happy and satisfied with his services. However, the little eleventeen year old girl up in the front office who wears glasses either on her face or on top of her head. Is rude, inconsiderate, and cold-hearted gets all the stars. Hopefully that will put some shine in her dim heart. As my wife was walking in behind her in a walker I assumed she was going to hold the door open for her. Yeah right. That didn't happen, and when I asked her why did she close the door on my wife. She replied, "I didn't close the door on her. The doors close by themselves." 🥶😢 I pray she becomes a better human being.

I am not real impressed with these Doctors I have seen Dr kwan Tan. He took the place of my Dr for 15 plus years. (Dr. Jeff Haung). And then he retired and the Joshua Medical Group took over.I have a chronic back issue that’s not a joke. Dr. Haung had gotten me on some medication that worked pretty well for me. It took a while to find the right kind and amount to keep me somewhat out of pain all day and be able to live a normal life. The new Dr decided that I do not need all of it. And that I should have surgery. Dr. Haung had mentioned to me that the people that have this surgery eventually come back for higher doses of medication that won’t let them live a normal life. This doctor does not seem to care. T sent me to a surgeon and took some of my normal pain medication that I have been taking for 5-6 years away. I will probably be looking for a new one in the next few days. Someone else talked about them having a room full of people. Very true. I’m used to one good Dr. Not 3 or 4 that can only give referrals.

02/12/2024: had an appointment for 2:00pm with a nurse practitioner because when I called for an appointment for a lump that is increasing in size, the front guy said they have a 2:00pm appointment available. Checked in at the front desk by 1:55pm. Asked the front guy if after seeing the nurse practitioner if the doctor will see my son too. Front guys said he can have Dr. Tan go in after the nurse practitioner. I said that would be very nice.
Waited for 45 mins and asked when will we be seen, the front guy said we’re next, but it wasn’t true and we waited again for another 13 mins just to be called and put in another “waiting room” because they didn’t have a room “yet” for us.
Then when we got transferred to a regular room, we waited again for another 30 mins for the nurse practitioner to come in and no doctor! The nurse practitioner just asked a couple of questions and felt the lump and said that we will need to be referred to a dermatologist. He then took off. He spent literally less than 1 minute in the room with us and it took us an hour and a half to see him!!! Rediculois!!!
Sad how my entire family comes here for years and has been with Dr. Tan’s care. Now we didn’t even see Dr. Tan and the nurse practitioner didn’t even apologize for the delay and did not seem to care. Very disappointed with this experience. And we have a PPO insurance and now we’ll just go somewhere else where they value their patients.
