Absolute trash company power outages all the time and zero effort to get power restored. Try to call them to get info or report outages and there line just rings and rings. Automated system doesn’t give you any help either. Wish PNM handled the power up here at least they are constant and care about their customers.

Worst electric company ever. Power goes out all the time. They don't maintain the lines the patch bad spots and promise more later without doing it until forced too. I'm pretty sure they don't employ enough people or higher folks who know what their doing. I'm also pretty sure they don't pay the ones who know what they are doing enough to stay here. Slum Company is what they are.

Company is going down hill because of its staff. Very rude for no reason. They can’t be bothered to answer the phone either, when you try to pay your bill with a teller they try to give you your account number so you can pay with the automated system when it take 5 seconds to pay with the teller using your card on file. You cannot pay with the automated system the day of that you face shut off, you have to pay with the teller but they don’t want to do their jobs. It is very frustrating. This whole company needs training on work ethic…

It’s gotten so bad if it’s not the automation call it’s the website and then it gives you an option to make a payment over the phone with an employee and then they say they can’t do it and it has to be over the phone or website and it doesn’t work

How the hell do you predict power outages but do absolutely nothing to prevent them?!

Multiple outages in one week (in the middle of blazing summer heat no less) is unacceptable, especially as this company has essentially monopolized the electric infrastructure in most of the surrounding area. Would be unheard of in most other places outside of third world countries.

If I could rate this company I would give it a 100 thumbs down. Our electricity continues to shut off even if we pay the Expensive Bill. I can’t even count on how many times the electric has gone out! I live with my 93 year old Father and these people could care less if he has to suffer without electric in the middle of a hot a humid summer. Every time it goes off I have to call my sister to ask if she has electricity in her area and she allways does. So Ridiculous and uncalled for! Even if the weather is decent they still seem to turn this electricity off like it’s done on purpose. What an Evil world we live in.
