We had Jameson Electric handle all the electrical work at our shop and we couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. They showed up on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made sure everything was safe, clean, and up to code. It’s clear they take pride in their work and it shows. Might do good work but I wouldn’t know. They need to fix their scheduling system.
Called to schedule a quote and left a message. got a call back about 4 days later and figured sure let’s still get the quote. Scheduled for Fri between 8-11:30. I do not live at the property so asked for them to give me a call when they were on the way which wasn’t an issue. Fri 7am I get a text with a link to confirm an appointment for 8am (nothing about 8-1130) so I figured great I’m first on their list so I ran over to meet them at 8. Nobody showed so I called and they said they will call me for sure before they head that way and the appointment was still for 8-1130. Oh well no worries. 1130 rolled around and no call, I called and got sent to voicemail that said the office is now closed for weekend so I figured they are not going to come at this point. I got a call from Eric at 3:45pm to let me know he can come by to which I said don’t bother I’m not going to let you waste any more of my time. Now I understand that things come up and sometimes things happen. It’s the part where nobody called me until 345 when my appointment was between 8-1130.

Jameson Electric did all that they agreed to do and then some! Permits, APS schedule for power off then on, employee staid on sight until Inspector arrived, trench dug cement foundation laid etc…all communicating about financing and payments were clearly spelled out. I read , and cut out an article, about this family owned business in the newspaper in 2023 how they won best Electric business in area and called them 2-years later after a contractor bailed out on me. Thank you Eric and Fatima.
P.S. don’t underestimate when you call the office and get Fatima on the line (she’s an electrician also!)

Eric and Fatima stood behind every promise they made. Truly a family business that cares. They made arrangements to run an electrical line the day after I called so that we could accept delivery of our new stove. Eric and a member of his team were on time and completed the work as promised at the (fair) price quoted. Fair, honest, professional, helpful and knowledgeable with no pressure to do anything other than what we needed. I would highly recommend Jameson Electric.

We just moved to the Prescott area and needed to have some new lights put in and also trouble shoot an issue with the house we bought. Always hard finding reliable contractors in a new area. Eric came out yesterday and resolved a problem getting our dishwasher connected to electrical power, Eric is a friendly and personable person and was able to resolve the problem quickly.
