Terrible, terrible, terrible. Customer service was atrocious with little understanding or respect from J3 employees. After they replaced a tar and gravel roof, our ceiling is left full of drill holes and screws. Multiple lights were broken, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was shorted out. A large hole was hammered into the side of my dad's room for the canales. Technically, it's covered by said canalas, but it looks terrible. There's debris everywhere. It was completely uninhabitable for 4 days. We've already cleaned up most of the debris, but it was full coats of plaster, wood, ceiling material in general everywhere, along with the dust and dirt that coated every surface.
Anyone who has any kind of breathing condition or obesity or problem that could be triggered by dust or dirt should avoid this company completely.

J3 did an excellent job installing a new roof on our house, and we are very pleased. They had to remove a lot of old gear that was on the original tar and gravel roof, including duct work for a solar air heater and a swamp cooler, a pretty big job. The new roof and skylights are wonderful. You can see the before and after in the photos. They used good quality 60 mil TPO with a taper option to prevent pooling, and finished the canales really well. Before they put the TPO on, they sealed all the previous ductwork openings with a fitted cap and foamed polyurethane sealant, the correct way to do it. The roof has held up perfectly in some really heavy rains. They were professional and on time during the install, and were very helpful working with us on the little unforeseen gotchas that always seem to happen on big jobs like this. They cost more than other roofing companies we contacted, but in the long run I believe it will be cheaper. We wanted a good roof done right, and that's we got. This is a first class professional outfit, and averaging across what all my friends have said they seem to be about the best in ABQ.

We had J3 come and put on a new TPO roof in 2023. It had two leaks soon after its installation that did cause damage inside our house, but J3 resolved the leaks quickly, and the roof itself is in great shape now.

After a long delay, J3 sent a subcontractor to resolve some of the damage that resulted to our house from these leaks, but they ended up disappearing after doing some initial work. It was at this point that we struggled to get J3 back in the loop.

After some more prompting, and close to a year after the roof was installed, they arranged for a second subcontractor to come and resolve the drywall damage caused by the leaks. That process is complete, and we are satisfied with the results.

All told, J3 did stand behind their work, and has been helpful, but it's been a long process.

Great company and extremely professional. I had a complicated install including coordination with a solar company. J3 was very accommodating about fitting in with the schedule of the solar install. The team were friendly and hard-working.

The price was very competitive as well. We did have some coordination issues but they were dealt with swiftly and professionally. I highly recommend J3. Special thanks to Jason and Jose.

J3 Systems replaced our skylights with energy efficient, flat glass models: added sloping insulation to the flat roof for positive drainage; and replaced the old tar and gravel roofing with a new PVC membrane roof.

Jason, Justin, the project manager, and the crew were very professional and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end – estimating, scheduling, communicating, and doing high quality work at a fair price. They also did a great job of dealing with the HOA, neighbors, and strict architectural guidelines in our 50-year old community, and with the added scrutiny of the state’s Cultural Properties Review Committee that oversees preservation work in communities and buildings on the State Register of Cultural Properties. I highly recommend J3 Systems.

J3 fixed some issues on a PTO roof after a different contractor did a poor job. J3 corrected everything and even gave options to improve the scope of the original contractors work.
I wish I would have used J3 from the very beginning of the project. Their work is now a year old and I haven't had a single issue. Good work, great to work with, fair pricing. I've recommended them already several times.

We worked with Lone Mountain and replaced our roof last month. Our experience of working with the company, during the past 10 months, have been nothing but positive. They are professional, easy to work with, prompt (in returning phone calls, emails, etc.), and extremely competent. We had additional roof-related work to do after they finished their job and they've been willing to come back multiple times to check on the roof and make small resealing and repairs. We highly recommend this company! They are pretty busy so we did have to wait about 2 months after we signed the contract.
