I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with Chris, and I can't recommend him highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The space was clean, calming, andinstantly putting me at ease.

Chris took the time to understand my needs and concerns before beginning the massage. He listened attentively as I described the areas where I was experiencing tension and tailored the massage accordingly. His expertise was evident as he skillfully applied just the right amount of pressure, working out knots and relieving muscle stiffness I didn't even know I had. I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and with significantly less tension than when I arrived.

Chris has been patient, graceful, and kind throughout the whole process. When I was finally able to see him, he went above and beyond to help me. Chris incorporates chakra alignment, energy healing, vibrational work, and shamanic & Reiki practices into his sessions. He used tuning forks, sound bowls, cupping, and scraping, which made my 90-minute session incredibly unique and relaxing. You can tell he truly loves what he does—his kindness and deep knowledge created a safe, healing space.

After my session, he even sent me a cord-cutting video by Dr. Matt James to continue
