I rarely write reviews but honestly working with Innovative Electric was a great experience. We had them install our whole home generator. They were straight forward with their pricing and were always on time. It is a well run, trustworthy business which is not always easy to find. I have already recommended them to friends.

I recently hired Innovative Electrical for a small electrical job (install a junction box under the sink) in my kitchen, and unfortunately, my experience was DISAPPOINTING. While the technician was polite and completed the work, the final bill was far higher than I expected for such a simple task. I felt the charges were not transparent and significantly exceeded the price range. First of all two technicians came for such a small job instead of one.

For a job that should have been straightforward and affordable, I ended up paying ~$450 for work that I believe could have been done for much less. The lack of clear communication left me frustrated, and I’m left feeling like I was taken advantage of.

Even when I called them after getting the bill and explaining that more time was taken due to the tech's incompetence, they were supposed to return my call after discussing it internally which they never did. I just noticed that I am already charged for the same amount.

While I had great experience in the past with them, I felt they extremely disappointed me this time and charged almost X2 if not more than what it should have been.

I hope Innovative Electrical reconsiders their pricing practices and provides more transparency to customers moving forward. Unfortunately, I won’t be using their services again based on this experience.

Lesson learned: Don't fall for hourly rate and get an estimate before moving forward with the job.

My standby generator has been serviced and maintained by Innovative for many years. They rewired the generator so it was finally not draining the battery, and came on as expected. The original installer had not wired it correctly.

Very satisfied with their service and highly recommend.

I have been a client for many years. Bought their top tier service contract. For the second time in 5 years I had to call them on the generator being hard down in the middle of an outage. It turned out to be a little bit complicated. Parts had to be ordered. I was really impressed by the attention to getting it done, the focus on getting the part in, and immediately getting a great technician out here (Michael) once the part was in hand. My outage experience had a bit of a rocky start but the owner personally stepped , came out to be sure he completely understood , and promised his complete attention. You can't ask for more than that. And thank you Michael....you were fabulous.

I had a great experience with Innovative Electrical! I called the day before I needed a new outlet installed for a sump pump. They had availability, lucky me! Really nice person who I scheduled with. The electrician was prompt, friendly and professional. The job didn't take long and the pump is working fine. I'll definitely call them when we do our next big project.
