This company is terrible. I manage an apartment community and they are always missing trash pickups and then lie to you and say that they came. We have cameras every where and no one shows up and by the looks of the trash bins its obvious no one has come in weeks. Such a headache!

Everything went smooth. There was two regular size pickups ahead of me along with a tractor trailer and two disposal trucks. I was up on the scales within ten minutes. Just wanted everyone to know that the minimum cost right now February 2021 is $28.00

Great service . I have been there twice last year in October to leave old mattresses. No issues free for Colton residents. Second time cleaned out garage and back yard. The guy at the front desk is a good dude, and Explaining the process.

Great service and friendly staff, the loader operators keep the dumping area clear for the most part when it's not crazy busy. When it is hectic the operation is still smooth, I average 15 to 30 min from when I scale to when I get my recipt, but this depends on the scale line of course.

For several weeks recently, our trash hasn't been picked up on Anderson Way in Loma Linda involving over 20 homes. We all voiced our complaints but it seems it goes on deaf ears with a lot of lip service & empty promises. Now, We're going to file our protests with the City of Loma Linda to look into finding another reliable trash vendor
