Will never use them again, they charged over $1200 to replace a switch that cost $60.50 on our mixer and they aren't even sure if that is actually what is causing the issue. Communication was terrible, had to follow up myself after two weeks went by with no word on the status of our service and every person I spoke to was extremely rude like I was wasting their time.

EDIT - after leaving this review the manager followed up saying he found a billing error where they charged nearly double what they should have. I've since been refunded the overcharge, the repair has been made, and no further issues. I added one star back for the positive experience I had with the manager who was very helpful, however I still can't recommend them overall as the billing issue may never have been found if not for my leaving a poor review and it's not worth dealing with the rude people who answer the service calls.

They charge $1200 in labor for a 3 hour job. Beware price gouging now I see the other reviews I'm not the only one please try other companies for better quotes very bad business practices at this location.

Can't review their service because speaking with the customer service reps was far enough for me. After getting cut off and transferred three times, I was finally able to speak with a young lady who wanted to talk over me throughout the conversation, and had a very negative attitude. Not sure where customer service went but this company sure doesn't have it.

If there is minus I would give them -1 star.
I requested annual maintaining for 80 gallon kettle, but they just lifted up the lid once and looked outside and they charged $400. They got the signed random person who didn't know what's going on and left.
When I complained about it, their response was "what ever.." T.T

Insulting customer service to say the the lease. I own several businesses and this company is one of the worst I've seen. They take no responsibility for missed appointments, when I called back they started to point fingers as to why they did not show up.

Calling the parts department to order a part is bad service. They put me on hold for a long time and when they came back they were rude. At times they kept hanging up, having to keep calling back several times. I'm looking forward into a new company.
