They aways are very nice. Fun site. I just signed up. There sure are a lot of bad reviews. My highest bill has been $36. I see people with $300 bills. I sure hope they do what they promise

I would give no stars if possible! 😡

I am beyond disappointed with Indra Energy. Over the past three months, my energy bill has inexplicably tripled, with no reasonable explanation or justification provided. This level of price gouging feels completely predatory and unethical.

I will be contacting the company immediately to cancel my service, as this is simply unsustainable and unacceptable. Furthermore, I plan to file a formal complaint with the Attorney General for D.C. regarding what I believe to be predatory practices.

I would not recommend Indra Energy to anyonethis experience has been nothing short of frustrating and financially draining. Stay away if you value transparency and fairness in your energy provider.

Very noticeable changes in my electric bill ever since I joined. The rewards are fun to check up on to see what's available. And it's always nice to get a little something back. 😊

I wanted to share my experience with INDRA Energy, a GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER (?) in Illinois. Their misleading pricing strategy has been quite frustrating for me recently. Initially, their plan appeared attractive, but after just two months of service, their tariff rates skyrocketed, leaving me with unexpectedly high bills—sometimes double or triple what I usually pay for the same amount of energy. Their approach seems to involve raising the tariff prices, even when I requested changes.

I was unhappy with the current tariff rate, so on December 18, 2024, I asked them to switch me to a fixed rate for 12 months, which was slightly lower than what I was currently paying. The representative assured me that the fixed rate would be activated and would take 1-2 business days to become effective (it is just to make you happy and never happened actually!).

In the meantime, I discovered another service provider offering an even lower rate than INDRA's fixed 12-month plan, so I decided to switch to them. Annoyingly, the next month I was charged triple the amount because I was in the process of moving to another service provider. When I called INDRA for clarification, they simply told me that it would take 1-2 billing cycles to make the change. This means it could take nearly TWO MONTHS to process a straightforward request. Wow, what a GREAT STRATEGY and SERVICE!

They started out good but my last 3 bills they have been charging me $2.25 per therm for my gas while my regular gas company only wants $1.34 per therm for delivery. Please understand you have to pay both the supplier and your utility company. They raise your rates once you are signed up. My bill was over $450. I have since dropped them. Please pay attention to your bills. It takes 1-2 billing cycles to drop them.

Terrible experience working with them. I feel it’s a scam company. I’ve stopped the service with them. However I got an almost 300 bill for one months service fee, can not be resolved after more than 10 calls, each about an hour…They increase the supplier charge secretly. When called customer service, they lied to me that they were working on it, in fact they didn’t until I found out a week later. I was able to request to talk to Customer service supervisor after two hours waiting online, Betty 34111 kept saying I understand your situation, nothing she would help except telling me to pay the amount on the bill about to due and then ask for refund upon their approval.
In short the service from Indra Engery is terrible. Don’t use them!!!

5th time I've been "AUTO" switched from PSEG to Indra. Years ago, some people came knocking at my door saying they're from PSEG and are making sure I'm getting low rates. They checked my PSEG bill & said everything looks good & that they were gonna call their managers to confirm all is good. They then said I had to give them some Pod ID thing & say yes to some quick "survey" questions.
Days later I noticed my energy provider was changed & I insta cancelled. These people ALWAYS come back and even when I say NOTHING and have them leave, my energy provider still gets switched. They must be using my responses from years to keep changing my energy provider, this sht MUST BE ILLEGAL!

A representative stopped by and mentioned that as Delmarva customers, we were eligible for solar credits. He asked to see our electric bill, and when I inquired if he was selling anything or trying to change our energy provider, he said no. I showed him the bill, and when I asked if I needed to sign or take any action to receive the solar credits, he assured me that I didn’t.
However, a week later, I received a letter stating that I had switched my energy supplier to Indra Energy. This was done without my knowledge or consent. I immediately called Indra Energy to cancel the switch. I’m very upset about this—it’s completely unethical and wrong!
