I got my solar installed here in Henderson about 3 months ago and had an awesome experience! Ryan was super thorough, attentive, and made everything easy to understand. Was pretty cool to see my first utility bill at $13.33!!! Highly recommend them if you’re thinking about going solar.Thank you guys!!! lol and thank you Ryan for fixing my iPad.

I've met with 4 different companies over the last 3 months and my gf told me to reach out to Ryan one of the main guys. His quote was clearly better which was great but I mostly appreciated he never made me feel rushed to do anything. Would definitely recommend him!!! thx Ryan!!! 🙂

I have been looking into solar awhile now & have met with at least 10 companies over the last couple months. (A little overboard) In the end the transparency, professionalism, warranties, price & all my questions/needs were met with Independent. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I did wait a couple months after I was turned on before I made a review, just to make sure my Nevada energy bill was 100% offset by Solar and it was. My advice if you’re looking into Solar , make sure you check and meet with a couple companies and I would definitely recommend Independent should be one of them. They were able to prove not just tell me what sets them apart.

Signed my papers in July haven't heard anything from anyone as of December now. They were supposed to install new electrical breakers and move the location of the meter. Electrician Came out to do work at 7 am and got a phone call immediately stating their idea wasn't going to Work and they would be in touch. They had over a month to come up with the idea of what they were going to do before they came out that morning. That was over a month ago now. I've called emailed and texted numbers with a generic "we will get back to you response" or "i will forward this to the top". would hate to see how hard it is to get ahold of someone if I need a repair from the warranty.

Told me cash price was 21k at first. So I thought ok... I'll do that and use some savings I've had because the upgrade to my electrical needs done anyway so sounds good to me. Then a few weeks later it's 31k with the excuse.. "that was if you get your money from the irs for the install and give us that too. OH!? Well be careful the tax credit is just that... credit, if you dont pay enough into federal you don't get anything back. Like me I only pay 300 into it so I only get 300 credit. That increases your monthly cost to well over what your electric bill would be averaged for the year. And with a 15k down payment that leaves 15k financed at 8.99% interest which would come too 44,500 paid total for the system over 30 years at my average of 2500k a year in electric it would take me close to 20 years to break even on the purchase. May be ok for people who make a lot of money and don't mind waiting 20 years to start feeling th benefits but the better option for me is starting to look like the energy assistance program from the welfare office. They gave me 2200k in energy credit assistance back in July.

The only other response I Received when questioning price was... we can remove panels from the install but then you may get an electric bill still.. maybe I asked to many hard questions they couldn't justify an answer too and they just dont want to deal with me anymore? Oh well. I was already questioning wether or not this was a good idea from the start of this process now i know so Cancel my order please. I'm glad I never gave you guys any money yet.

I think most of these positives come from their employees I notice a lot of first time reviewers and repeat name

We just got our first bill of this awful summer and I have to say we are incredibly impressed. It was still $19.00. We already had credits saved from when we flipped the switch in January and only $60 was applied of the over $200 we had saved. Kris and Phil are your guys!! So very happy with the entire process! Professional and on point!

Horrible. Terrible. Run as fast as you can away form this company. There are literally hundreds of better solar companies in Las Vegas. Lies upfront, lies in the back. Company is really from Arizona but will say they are local. Their warranties are not full coverage. Their warranties are not as long as they say they are. All you will have is manufacturer warranty. Better off with Sol up, Sunrun, or Kayo... or really ANY other installer in the valley. This company should not be allowed to install in Las Vegas.

Complete lies of a company. Everything they said was false. I don't think any of their employees even know what a scam their solar company is. If you look into them they lie about their paperwork, their warranty, and everything that's important to a solar company. You've been warned. If you go through with them know you are passing up a thousand other better deals in Las Vegas.

I just got to sit down with Luke and he was very patient educating me about solar and its benefits. I was completely ignorant about it and had a bad taste in my mouth because of other companies trying to overcharge me. He was able to teach me how it works and show me how much money I would be saving. I cant wait to get the panels installed so i can start saving.
